Made a appointment for a oil change and transmission service. Was in told I would have to leave my car overnight if I wanted the transmission service because of the heat and time it would take to cool d service. Service writers are excellent. Service manager very helpful when it came to warranty a part I bought through the parts department. But the lube department is a failure. Sales has been and is still top notch, but service is going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department gave it back to me and let me drive off with all four wheels having finger tight lug nuts. I was lucky not to have thousands of dollars in damage or be involved in an accident. When trying to deal with ther service manager all I get is a voicemail option and no return call. More
