Purchased a car that had 7k off , they only gave me 6k off then added charges! I put 1/3 down and they got a high interest loan for the balance, when I said no they guaranteed to get refinancing in 6 mont off then added charges! I put 1/3 down and they got a high interest loan for the balance, when I said no they guaranteed to get refinancing in 6 months at a much lower rate. Now they are saying I’m wrong they didn’t say that, lying xxxxxxxx. Don’t trust a xxxx word that comes out of their mouths! They are con artists! Don’t accept Bernty for your sales person. More
I went in to the dealership yesterday because I had a pre approval from Capital One. Even though I had that, I was certain that I wouldn’t be approved. Primarily because of my past relationship with my wife approval from Capital One. Even though I had that, I was certain that I wouldn’t be approved. Primarily because of my past relationship with my wife of 15 years. It was really 19 but, she quit on us around then. You see, she left me and not soon after our daughters followed her. They left me and I ended up being homeless, twice. I went to jail and now, I’m a non violent felon. I’m not extremely thrilled or even depressed over that or anything for that matter. Because the truth is, I was taking care of a family that I thought loved me enough not to leave me. But I found something here in Las Vegas. Happiness. Coming to Ed Bozarth was life changing for me because I was approved for a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox😂😂😂😂😂😂. Life is good when the right people find you at the right time. Thank you, Drew! You were strategic throughput the entire process. Gotta love that, right? I appreciate you and your confidence and your support. I hope your son sees the value he has in his father. It’s a rare thing to have two parents that want for you to have the best. Lastly, I can’t forget Jaime Pena. Sorry for the missing emails. I promise to bring my readers the next time. Love you guys! Thanks again. Peace More
GEEAT EXPERIENCE. Thank you Leo Arciniega. Very personal, polite, and attentative. FIRST TIME BUYERS,, PLEASE REQUEST HIM AND TALK with him. He"LISTENED" to what we wanted in a camaro since we plan on getting one in the future. He took the time to show us the different models and the different packages which we did not know about. He let us drive three different vehicles so we can get to know how each one handled and functioned. We learned which features we liked and the ones we couldn't live without. He said that we just took in alot of information and suggested we could clear our heads over lunch and to come back when we were ready. We took that day off just get eveting straight and do more research. The following night we called him to set an appointment, which really makes the process work smoother when their tean is ready and waiting. And just so you know, I counted 6 different people working along to get my car purchased out the door, and to do this, everyone knows what has to be done at wht time and place to be able to operate at a professional level. Some thing I like seeing done with my team in the military. There were absolutely no hiccups in whole total package of service each person delivered on time. Thank you again Leo for you humble support and taking the time with us and not being worried about your time I will tell you this right now, I strongly believe if you are a first time.buyer so talk to Leo and be honest about what you want and your goal is and he will help you achieve your goal. Thanks, Bruce More
Horrible experience. This dealership reached out to me through email stating they had some sales going on so I considered upgrading to a truck. This is review is about Duane Boyd. If you do Make the mist through email stating they had some sales going on so I considered upgrading to a truck. This is review is about Duane Boyd. If you do Make the mistake of coming here stay clear and run if this guy offers to help you He strung me along for over a week saying that we were “close” to my payment I wanted and come in on Black Friday for an appointment. He claimed we’d have no issue being right on point on Black Friday. Being a first responder and working all night having no sleep I called him before driving down there. Luckily I’ve been around long enough and am familiar with the dealer scam games. The sales manager confirmed that at no time were we even remotely close to my payment I needed. Duane literally lied and was making everything up with the intent to make me waste my time and drive all the way down there for nothing. I’ve previously bought a truck from these guys and always used their service department there but NEVER AGAIN. Even after I told Duane about my overnight schedule he tries to make me drive all the up there for a deal that he fabricated. Duane is a dirty con artist and has no respect for anyone. He’s greedy and only cares about filling his own pockets and will lie and say anything to try to rip you off. General manager was emailed but never replied. General manager emailed me asking me about my experience, I tell him and he ignores my response. Just goes to show he supports dirt bags and liars like Duane. There’s too many GM dealers to waste your time with three clowns. Buyer beware. More
Was asked why I was looking at cars at a car dealership... accused me being in their lot for 2 to 3 hours though it was 45 minutes. Regardless of time no sellsman ever approached me. I was told that having an appointment only gets you inside? Sales may be#1 but my first service experience for a much needed overdue recall claim was not. Augustin Archibeque, supposedly an assistant service ma Sales may be#1 but my first service experience for a much needed overdue recall claim was not. Augustin Archibeque, supposedly an assistant service manager needs to be back in an office and not out front in the service area if he's only going to sit there on the phone walking back and forth to the back offices ignoring customers at least where I was concerned. I noticed him doing the same thing last week when I came to inquire but didn't have an appointment. I waited a pretty good while with not very much acknowledgment or concern to see what I was standing there for with my Hummer by my side of course. There were 3 or 4 more service employees that were on their 3rd or 4th customer while I just stood there not being helped or referred to someone else or anything close. I had an 8am appointment and made it there 10 or 15 minutes early but was acknowledged close to 8:30 or so. I was told by Mr. Archibeque that an appointment only gets you inside the door and not too much more than that. What good is an appointment if it gets you nothing in return. From what I understand is that the recall fix that I need doesn't take that long and if someone would have just acknowledged me in a timely manner and at least accepted the vehicle it wouldn't have come to this letter. Let me stop being long winded and say this; If Agustin Archibeque is your best example for great customer service then I wonder how much business for service your chevy dealership has lost because of him. I had just waited a week with an appointment but as he said I didn't have the option to wait for the vehicle but I could leave the vehicle or reschedule. Why would I do that??? This guy was just so reluctant and unconcerned for the customer. His customer service skills need to be sharpened for sure. I was in my security uniform at the time but I am a 22 year retired military veteran that's an aircraft mechanic by trade with more than 35 years military and civilian combined as a worker, lead mechanic, lead supervisor, assistant manager, manager etc., and know a little about customer service and satisfaction and that wasn't it by a long shot. You know that one chance to make a good or great impression obviously wasn't a very important priority to him. I'm done venting and will leave you with this......If Augustin Archibeque has no other complaints, then I guess all is well with his style of service and leadership. However if he does have complaints or service issues then your company has a fixable problem that needs to be rectified. I apologize for not having a more positive feedback experience but right now I'm not happy but it will be a better day tomorrow! As I always say in closing, "It is what it is." Good service, but overpriced costs and fees. I had my Chevy towed to Ed Bozarth because they were the closest Chevy dealer. One glow plug out and a leak in my fuel pump housing. Total $1500 for p I had my Chevy towed to Ed Bozarth because they were the closest Chevy dealer. One glow plug out and a leak in my fuel pump housing. Total $1500 for parts and labor. I usually do things myself. But when you're truck is 75 miles away from home you can't. I lose my trust in businesses when I feel they are not fair. They rob the working man and don't seem to care. They should remove the word "TRUST" from their logo as they are far from trustworthy. I won't and don't recommend them nor will I ever be back for service. More
Open Recall that Bozarth keeps avoiding I have an open recall on my truck that I keep getting emails from Chevy and reminders from Ed Bozarth and every time I call them to have it taken care I have an open recall on my truck that I keep getting emails from Chevy and reminders from Ed Bozarth and every time I call them to have it taken care of, they say they do not have the part to fix it. It's been almost 1- ONE- YEAR!!! Really??? So if my truck catches on fire, and that is what is happening and the reason for the recall, who's to blame??? Bozarth keeps saying they'll call me when the part is in. There has been several other issues with them, too many to mention in fact. I swore I'd never buy from them again and went against my better judgement. Stay as far from Bozarth as you possibly can! They do nothing but try to trick you and give false information to customers. WORST dealership ever!!! More
