Here I am with a second review. The issue with service persists as they’re not trying to say my vehicles not covered under warranty when it’s still within the 5 year/60k mile thresh The issue with service persists as they’re not trying to say my vehicles not covered under warranty when it’s still within the 5 year/60k mile threshold. Another part went out and they tried to get me to pay out of pocket again. After calling GM corporate and another Chevy dealership and providing the VIN, they both confirmed the part is covered under warranty and they have the audacity to still try and argue that it is not covered. In all they tried to get us for over 3k in parts for two parts that broke during the 50k service and the other a few weeks later. Then they’ll like about parts in stock and will make you wait for days up to a week before your car is available, not answer your calls, and tell you there’s no loaner vehicles. Avoid this dealership. More
Took vehicle in for 50k service. No issues or warnings on the vehicle when dropped off. I ignored it since it was currently being worked on but after 2 days driving and it not going away, we take it back and they tell us the turbo broke and we had to pay $2500 out of pocket for it. Magically, the service manager didn’t allegedly realize the vehicle was still covered under warranty and after consulting with family, he then magically realizes the warranty is still valid. When then get contacted by sales and we’re offered a trade in upgrade and even after nearly being thieves out of $2500, they were only willing to take $2200 in savings off the sticker. I called gm and made a complaint with the dealer prior to even being contacted by the sales department. Waiting to hear back from gm. We’re also taking it to a private mechanic to see if they changed the trans fluid because they worked on this car way too quick for the service “documented”. I had an appointment for service and 24 hours later they still hadn’t looked at my vehicle. I was told the only thing my appointment was for was to hold a place in line. OK so I gave two stars for the fact that my salesman was actually great at his job understanding knew what he was doing.. Now I figured I’d give this dealership a second chance due to the fact it’s no longe actually great at his job understanding knew what he was doing.. Ed Bozarth used to waste hours of your time to finally at the last second bring you to the finance office where are you are then told either you were approved or not approved. This happened to me. I literally thought being a different owner a different dealership things would be different but no. I have wasted almost 3 hours waiting there to be told that I was going to be ripped off by a finance company which I would have never given them permission to send my credit to because they are the worlds most worst finance company ever and I would say never use them. The finance guy tells me ignore the three decline notices that will be coming in the mail but we did get you finished with Santander. So now that the name of this sold called Bank which it’s not is out there don’t ever except a deal from that bank which is not a bank I’m just giving you a heads up. They will rip you off and leave you to rot in a gutter and I am not over exaggerating. So when the finance guy tells me your loan is done at 25%. I then proceed to ask are you serious and who is the bank he replies that name I reply back oh yeah that makes sense. I then ask how much is the loan he replies when done paying off the loan you would have paid $58,000 dollars. Here’s the catch I’m trying to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla which exact price is 24,149. So do you see what I’m looking at here at $25,000 car and after I’m done paying for it will be a $58,000 car that is not 25%. So that means we dealership a.k.a. finance guy is lying. Of course Santander is the worst financial place I won’t say bank cause they are not. They are just a bunch of rich friends that put their money together to loan money out at ridiculous rates ripping their customers off. So of course they will except any loan even structured improperly like this dealership did. They will not emit it but that’s why the other actually banks declined the loan. So at this point yes full blame is on this dealership. Now if you’re still reading this the reason for buying this car is because my 2019 Nissan frontier SL which I just purchased and only made one payment was taken from me because a drunk driver ran a red light on Tropicana and Dean Martin. The adjuster came out And deemed it has a total loss so because of a drunk driver I continue to be punished For what someone else did. That truck was my only mode of transportation and my income. So I am trying to get anything at the moment that is trustworthy and I can get a warranty with so I continue working. But this dealership rather rip me off. You can blame the bank all you want. But it’s still up to the dealership to make numbers right and to fight for the proper deal but they rather rip someone off that’s in need and not care. Like I said I thought they would be different because it is not Ed Bozarth but they are no different. Almost 3 hours I’ve wasted my wife was with me every hour counts with her when it comes to Uber and money that could be brought in and her time was wasted. So team Chevrolet is no different than Ed Bozarth. If you wanna prove me wrong then make that Toyota Corolla happen and not at no 25%. But I know that will never happen. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with a paint issued since April of 2021. They avoid phone calls or pretend that they are not in the office. 3 1/2 hours for oil change had an appt. Came early and told them I would be waiting inside when asked. At 3 hours went outside to ask where my vehicle is the young man went in the back, 15minutes layer wa told them I would be waiting inside when asked. I had to literally find the manager and he went to check and found out they hadn't even touched it yet due to the service gentleman man put in the wrong information stating I was not here, are you kidding me maybe if he wasn't busy yacking to the young lady that works there he would have payed attention. I also do not want to here how this is not a 10 minute oil change facility. I bought my car here and always come here. This was absolutely ridiculous. More

He knew all features of each vehicle and was able to answer any questions we had. This obviously makes a difference in a sale.
