After trying to purchase a car out state with another dealer, who did a bait and switch, and sold the car to another person, Daniel did not have an easy sell. Throughout the whole process he made me feel comfortable and ensured me there wouldn’t be any of those type of selling techniques. Over the phone I told him I wanted to purchase the car and they immediately pulled it off the lot until we agreed on terms. Everyone at the dealership was personable and nice. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone local or buying a car out of state. Ask for Daniel Lee!!!!!!!!! More

“Market adjustment” is a fancy way they say they add thousands over sticker price. This dealer wanted to add $7500 *over* sticker price. Buyer beware, We purchased a company truck through our company, out 3rd in 2 years from Chevrolet. One from Ed Bozarth prior to Team absorbing them. No issues with Ed Bozarth, smooth purchase. They are full on sales people who tell you stories just to make the sale. Finance department came up with an elaborate story about multi vehicles being financed so the rate would be over 12% and as soon as the other vehicles are paid off, its easy to refinance to get a much lower rate, that was not the case and now the finance team has amnesia saying we made that story up even though it was confirmed by 2 of our company employess. Take your business elsewhere, there are so many dealers in Vegas to schoose from. More

Here I am with a second review. The issue with service persists as they’re not trying to say my vehicles not covered under warranty when it’s still within the 5 year/60k mile thresh The issue with service persists as they’re not trying to say my vehicles not covered under warranty when it’s still within the 5 year/60k mile threshold. Another part went out and they tried to get me to pay out of pocket again. After calling GM corporate and another Chevy dealership and providing the VIN, they both confirmed the part is covered under warranty and they have the audacity to still try and argue that it is not covered. In all they tried to get us for over 3k in parts for two parts that broke during the 50k service and the other a few weeks later. Then they’ll like about parts in stock and will make you wait for days up to a week before your car is available, not answer your calls, and tell you there’s no loaner vehicles. Avoid this dealership. More
