I went for a car services, nobody help me , I wait mote then. 30 minutes, I ask Customer was sitting wating, whos the person works there, even he wants no, I went to ask. Oentje guys told he cant help.me because he was on lunch. I went ask samebodyelse. He was nasty and useless. I told him I need oil change he says I have to leave my car and.came back at 6 pm. Ot wait there intill 6pm. When they have a chanse to do the oil change. 3 employes where on the phone and anyone help me at all. Im very desapointment, for the services they do on the oil change. I bought my car 3 months ago. I going never to cameback againg. In so.sad for the terrible services. More

From start to finish, this was the most unprofessional and unsettling interaction with a car dealership that I have ever had. As we were signing the paperwork, he was whipping it away from us at an alarming rate and talking to us like we were 3-year-olds. Needless to say, the entire experience has left us certain we will never go to a dealership again. More

After trying to purchase a car out state with another dealer, who did a bait and switch, and sold the car to another person, Daniel did not have an easy sell. Throughout the whole process he made me feel comfortable and ensured me there wouldn’t be any of those type of selling techniques. Over the phone I told him I wanted to purchase the car and they immediately pulled it off the lot until we agreed on terms. Everyone at the dealership was personable and nice. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone local or buying a car out of state. Ask for Daniel Lee!!!!!!!!! More

“Market adjustment” is a fancy way they say they add thousands over sticker price. This dealer wanted to add $7500 *over* sticker price. Whenever my truck that I had reserved had some earlier that day they showed me around the lot to other choices. Luckily they had just the perfect truck for me and I left with one that night. Buyer beware, We purchased a company truck through our company, out 3rd in 2 years from Chevrolet. One from Ed Bozarth prior to Team absorbing them. No issues with Ed Bozarth, smooth purchase. They are full on sales people who tell you stories just to make the sale. Finance department came up with an elaborate story about multi vehicles being financed so the rate would be over 12% and as soon as the other vehicles are paid off, its easy to refinance to get a much lower rate, that was not the case and now the finance team has amnesia saying we made that story up even though it was confirmed by 2 of our company employess. Take your business elsewhere, there are so many dealers in Vegas to schoose from. More
