I recently bought my Blazer from your dealership and the new warranty. I brought the Blazer in with some issues regarding the radiator or thermostat, I was told that the radiator needed to be replaced and t new warranty. I brought the Blazer in with some issues regarding the radiator or thermostat, I was told that the radiator needed to be replaced and that they replaced the thermostat. Brought the car Monday Wednesday for a notice it was done but you all were waiting for payment from GM warranty for the work done. Not sure why I have to wait for payment from a warranty I bought from you guys. So it’s now Saturday and after 6 days of a rental car and me with a pre-scheduled move to Tennessee taking place the next Tuesday I went and paid for the covered repairs myself so I could have my car. $1,700.00. Monday when I called GM warranty customer service I was told that the repairs were paid for on Friday an hour after the technician called about the payment. I got reimbursed from Team Chevy but the whole thing was a big hassle that frankly makes me question even going to the dealership. Oh and the icing on the cake is 70 miles from my destination in Tennessee my blazer starting leaking from the radiator and stopped. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealership which is what I’ll be dealing with today. I know this does not mean anything to whoever will read this, if anyone will but I guess I feel better complaining about it because ultimately that’s all I can do right? More
