Recently just boought a new Chevy Cruze. Before walking on to the lot I had not heard a single word about the car. Out of 8 dealerships that i visited, only Ed Bozarth Chevy (Mr. Bill Nicole sales Rep), provided a tour of the entire facility. 52 Stalls WOW. Because of Mr. Bill Nicol professionalism, I will be buying a Chevy Tahoe with him and only him later down the road. Only been in state for 13 days from a PCS from Japan. Need to get stabile first. I live in California and I found that Ed Bozarth has the best prices that even beat the dealers all the way out here. It made it even better that they were easy to deal with no hassle at all. 1st time at dealership, looking for new 4X4 Silverado. This dealer had the biggest selection and best prices. I had done my homework and found $9200 in incentives and GM card dollars. Receptionist mentioned that there was and additional $2000 if you finance through GM. Rate was 6% but I plan to pay off by end of year. Manager Cummin's was a good guy to work with. Before this purchase, my Wife and I had never been to this dealership. My wife and I are both in our 60's and we have never owned a Chevrolet. Our initial visit was when we met Marcus and I can say without any hesitation, he was probably the reason we purchased our Malibu.I'll be extremely honest when I say I have never liked the car purchase process due to the treatment and mannerisms I have encountered in past purchases. Marcus was truly personable and sold himself and the business. There was no high pressure and it was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. When we got to the financing part and worked with Steve, we again encountered a very good relationship. We were able to develop a rapport due to age and the fact we had a Colorado connection as we found out while talking. I can honestly say this was probably the best experience I've had when purchasing a car. I certainly will refer anyone who asks me to the dealership and those two gentlemen specifically. We had some other contact with another gentleman during the process but his name is escaping me at this time but he also was very friendly and made the process easy. More
Walked in w/ specific advertised HHR in mind. Reception assigned us to Mitch. We drove the car and Mitch explained the nuances and also the extra warranty period benefits of GM Certified status. Upon dropping the car at the end of the service drive at the end of the test drive, Mitch showed us through the service bays, parts department, and stopped at the cashier to get registered as a VIP (#0123456789 - huh??). I said we were in a hurry and could do that later, but Mitch pressed (a little) and said it would take only 1 minute. He was right. Into the sales floor where Mitch disappeared and reappeared with a price quote. I complained it was way higher than the price advertised on the Internet, and away he went. Returned a few minutes later with the good news that the lower price I saw would indeed be honored. We agreed to buy for that price. Mitch took the workup to Finance and we waited - - about 10 minutes probably, but it seemed longer because we needed to get home to feed the dogs. (... In the meantime, we put the car in service for make-ready, a passenger seatback lever replacement, and finding/fixing a rattle. A.J. was a pro at getting this RO initiated.) Eric sped us through the paperwork signing with expertise and accuracy (much appreciated), and we promised to return later that evening with full payment (which we did). A.J. called me the next day to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. Due to insurance snafu, we didn't pick it up until the next day. That day, we weren't going to be able to get to the dealership before Service closed at 6, so I called A.J. to ask if the Mitch could get the car out of service and hold it for our later arrival. A.J. did take care of that detail. Picked up the car that night, and Mitch had 2 guys help load the free recliner into the back of the HHR. Perfect fit. Made me smile that I bought this model. The Internet Manager said that he loves this car - - he's had 6 of them? He gave me the card that took me to this site to rate y'all. Everything was great on this transaction, from start to finish. You've won me over as a lifelong Ed Bozarth customer. Everyone is SOOOO friendly! More
I originally went in to have my truck repaired, and I seemed to be doing this a lot. I explained to Will in service the problems I had and how this seemed to be never ending with this truck. Will worked very hard to help me with the service costs and even was able to reduce some of the parts cost, but I still felt like this truck was jinxed. I asked Will to see if he could let the sales manager know about my problem. Louie the General Sales Manager contacted me and let me know we could work out a deal to get me out this bad truck and into a new one. When I went to the dealership, I was greeted by Juan who had been informed of my problem and helped me decide on a newer truck. Yes, I spent more than if I was going to get just a repair, but I now have a new truck with a warranty, and I couldn't be happier. Also, Allen in finance was a pleasure to work with. No BS just straight talk. More
