I recently purchased a new Equinox at Ed Bozarth's had really grat customer sevice, but before this I had brought my 2002 Trail Blazer in for repair work. I had it ten years,it was a good car. Jon in that department was so nice, even waved one of the fees and that was one reason why I had decided to go back there to shop for a new car.I had dealt with Denae on the internet a couple of months ago and she was very helpful then, but I wasn't ready to buy, she never bugged me! After that I did shop around at another GMC-Chevy, dealership on Sahara,(in not so nice area)they were not that nice and drove me crazy with phone calls and even offered me five hundred dollars..I wasn't going back there. Dimitri and Denae both gave me lots of info about the Equinox, both very knowledgable and new what they were talking about, explained all the different features on the car. Aaron, the internet-sales manager who tags along(he's cute)is also very helpful, he lets you know what you can and can't have, unless you want to pay! But seriously they are all very professional, friendly above and behond! I went back a couple of days later and Lovelie sat in the car with me and we did the blue tooth thing(now I love it)helped me with some other features that I wasn't aware of. But More then anything I am a women and I shooped alone, I did not feel intimidated and I feel I got a good price.I would definitely recommend the dealership, not just to buy, but also for service. More

Louis Mendoza the General Manager repeatedly ignored requests and spoiled a surprise gift for my wife. When I asked to speak to his manager (Ed Bozarth himself) he refused saying that Ed did not want to requests and spoiled a surprise gift for my wife. When I asked to speak to his manager (Ed Bozarth himself) he refused saying that Ed did not want to talk to me and would not call me, then hung up the phone on me. I did buy a 40k Camaro from Findlay Chevy the next day. I live close to this dealership and will never shop there or recommend it. I have given this dealership and the corporation three chances to correct this pathetically sad example of service and a lame attempt to make me feel small, even leaving messages for Mr. Bozarth himself. NO ONE from the company has even had the courtesy to return the phone call except once that Loius Mendoza called me to chastise me for being upset that he blatantly destroyed a very hard fought for Christmas surprise, not once but twice, even after asking them three times to not do exactly what he did. Loius Mendoza told me, and I quote - "Mr. Bozarth does not want to talk to you" and "Mr. Bozarth will not call you". This statement after Mr. Bozarth appears on TV claiming to give his personal cell phone number and asking you to call him if you have any questions or problems. More
I have to say for my first experience buying a car I was pleased with the over all service that was provided. I am a college student and could not afford to buy an expensive car, and knowing that my dealer pleased with the over all service that was provided. I am a college student and could not afford to buy an expensive car, and knowing that my dealer Julian Johnson really worked with me!! He was very nice and while we couldn't get the final approval for the exact price I wanted the fact that he was willing to press the amount at the lowest possible knowing my situation, I thought was very considerate. The car I bought was awesome, and it runs perfectly. I would recommend this dealer, and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet! :) More
Bill Nicol is a professional car salesman and really knows the product. He was accommodating and honest. He worked with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to get us a great deal and he did it in an knows the product. He was accommodating and honest. I have done service work at Bozarth for some time and they are a good service center but the new car purchase was really top notch. I'd strongly recommend Ed Bozarth here in Las Vegas and if you do go there, ask for Bill Nicol. More
Marcus was wonderful. When the color of the car we ordered was discontinued, he found us one in California and had it shipped in. Recently just boought a new Chevy Cruze. Before walking on to the lot I had not heard a single word about the car.
