Larry,Internet manager, notified me about a vehicle I was looking for awhile but could not locate one. He was very professional and took his time explaining the workings of this vehicle. He was very professional also and worked very hard to come up with a price that I thought was fair! I traded in my vehicle and received an amount that I thought was fair. I had to go back a few days later for some minor item repair and Larry introduced me to a Service Manager and he promised to work with me and provide a loaner car if I had to leave my car for a few days. I live in Henderson, NV and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet is quite a distance from my home but they promised me a loaner and they would travel to Henderson to return my car and pick up the loaner vehicle. Presently I am very pleased with the overall customer service I have received at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. If I am not satisfied with a company when they promise you one thing and do another I would definately write a negative response to warn other potential clients to stay away.
