The sales man Craig tyre goes out of he's way to please the customer he is a keeper but you have a finance man that is very rude and need to be spoke to please ask Craig about this sales man talking rude t the customer he is a keeper but you have a finance man that is very rude and need to be spoke to please ask Craig about this sales man talking rude to him in front of a customer my friend didn't buy for that reason but because of Craig I came back the next day and did a trade in and all the staff was outstanding but if that finance man was there I would not do business with you at all I hope you found out who I am speaking of and have a talk with this person . This is the worse place to service your car! Everytime we brought the car in for service, it came back with damage, more problems! After bringing the car in sometime back for brake issues, the service dir brought the car in for service, it came back with damage, more problems! After bringing the car in sometime back for brake issues, the service director sat us down and told us that is "just how the car is." I brought it to a brake shop and they replaced the rotors and brakes....no issue! However it should have still been under warranty! Most recently it came back from having a recall item fixed, when they brought car back I noticed two metallic scratches on the hood, and the service manager Pam said "everytime you bring it in it is always something with you guys!" Are you kidding me? Last time I brought my car into them for oil change they chipped the window! Not only did I get the scratches on the hood as a reminder of how much I hate going to this dealership, the shifting linkage coupler broke about a week later, and car was stuck in reverse! Had it towed to different shop. The mechanic pointed out that coolant was never cleaned up from a previous job and it ate away the shifter linkage coupler!!!! Nice $285 mistake! I will never go to this dealership for anything! Rude staff, and your car comes back with more issues then when it went in! Pam actually called back to ask how our service went.......Seriously? They just called my wife today and asked her how everything was?!! It has been a month!! They have NO clue!! The only way I would ever go back to this place is if they gave us a free car, even then I would think twice about servicing it here!!!! More
Jonathan Zito has been a pleasure to deal with from his first phone call (after our on-line inquiry about a Sonic) to the time we met him at the dealership. This was by far the most enjoyable experience car shopping I have ever had. Prices were fabulous during the holiday sale and I got a very good trade in value for my used vehicle. I was looking for a commuter vehicle. I explained to Ketorie "I was not going to buy a car today". He assured me that was not a problem and provided me with excellent service. He was very patient and explained everything to me. He did not try to rush me even though he already knew I was not going to buy a car from anyone that day. I must say I visited SEVERAL dealerships prior to Ed Bozarth and NONE of the sales people were as friendly or helpful once I told them I was not going to buy a car that day. I actually had a sales man from another dealership drive me around the corner....literally...and felt that was enough, he took my information and never called. I ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research before purchasing anything. This was a pleasant experience and no one tried to trick me into an unfair price. Juan (the manager) was very friendly as well. Overall GREAT experience! By the way I didn't buy a car that day Ketorie worked with me for 3 days until I decided I was going to buy the car from them. I did not find any other dealerships that would negotiate a better deal. Again GREAT experience. More
If only every car buying experience could go this smoothly! There was no pressure and Don Baker even loaned the car to us overnight to get in a quality test drive. He got us what we wanted for our trade and got the price of the new car down to our price range. He took his time explaining everything to us and there were no games or tricks. I have purchased two cars from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and was very happy. So when it was time to purchase a Camaro for my wife. I expressed interest online and was contacted by LaToya Smith. My wife and I work different shifts so Saturday is the only day we can shop together. I made an appointment for 04/21/2012 at 1:30 pm. When we arrived LaToya didn't have a clue who we were and had done no research. She complained that she was busy and had a headache. She passed us off to someone else and found a Camaro at another dealership that might fit our needs. It was over priced and when I asked for pictures was told to go to Chevrolet.com. Needless to say we left to continue our search and found the Camaro of my wife's dreams at another local dealership. She picked it up Tuesday night and loves it. So at least this has a happy ending. More
I bought a used car a month ago, and we decided to change the car, because it was good services, we went back and we met Justin., and he is awsome! Ed Matias promised us tint for our vehicle. Told us that he wasn't allowed to offer tint, but then said not to tell anyone, he'd pay for our tint. He then scheduled the appointment.
