Our Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and timely when we were communicating first by phone and then in person. The entire staff did all they could to make our transaction quick and painless. My wife and I hadn't purchased a new care in quite a while, and we were a bit apprehensive. But I must say that our Salesman, Ed Matias made it a very pleasant experience. He worked extremely hard, alon while, and we were a bit apprehensive. But I must say that our Salesman, Ed Matias made it a very pleasant experience. He worked extremely hard, along with Juan Pena, Sales Manager, to get us the best deal for our new 2012 Malibu and our trade in. He was so patient and understanding. He said he had only one goal in mind, and that was to make us happy. Well he did just that. New salesman, Jerimy Wicksom, went out of his way to introduce us to the new Malibu, on our initial visit, and start the sales process. He aslo helped us in many other ways, even though he had to attend training. He made sure we got our bonus gift, followed up to see how we liked the car and made sure we had all of our after sales needs met. We love the new car and highly recommend The Ed Bozarth Chevrolet dealership with their newly remodeled showroom. They treat you right, and you can actually enjoy shopping for a new car there. More
A couple of months ago I actually visited and was treated much better but the boss's name that helped me was Louie and he is now gone. No surprise there, he didn't really fit in. Also, Mike Carlin was ther much better but the boss's name that helped me was Louie and he is now gone. No surprise there, he didn't really fit in. Also, Mike Carlin was there then to and was very nice and helpful and I do understand that there are still good people even at a bad place. Recently though when I went in I worked with Joe who was at least honest enough to tell me that he really didn't know what he was doing. He had very little knowledge of his brand or the incentives which I can understand. At least he was up front. He then had me talk to Kurt who acted like he knew everything but was more of an old school used car salesman. He said that I needed to be a military person to get the special pricing I saw advertised and said that I had to buy all of the junk they put on the car like a pinstripe, a window tint, and a door bumper thing. i don't want any of that. He said that I had to understand and that they have to make a profit as if they were not going to? The facility was nice but the people were cold and stiff and not at all friendly. Even when I had my car serviced there before, they took forever to even write up my car and then said a diagnostic check would take three hours and cost $100. Needless to say I didn't wait. I have since went to old ghetto store Fairway Chevrolet where they sold me another car. They are good but very far and in a bad area of town. More

As such, they are in the optimal and rare position to deliver customer needs and satisfaction with a comforting consistency which builds my confidence in Ed Bozarth Chevrolet as an organization. It is certainly worth the time and effort, which is minimal and easy from the customer's perspective, to work with the Ed Bozarth Chevrolet when purchasing and/or receiving car care services. Keep up the good teamwork, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. More

On 2/18/2012 my husband and I went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Las Vegas to look for a new vehicle to purchase. The two salesman that we worked with, Joe & Don were great. They answered all our que Chevrolet in Las Vegas to look for a new vehicle to purchase. The two salesman that we worked with, Joe & Don were great. They answered all our questions, took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the Chevy Equinox. They knew that we were just looking on that day, however, they never put any pressure on us to buy a vehicle. Allen Smith in the Finance Dept. was also very helpful. We worked on all the numbers and when we told Allen we wanted to think about the purchase for a couple of days, he was very understanding and did not put any pressure on us to purchase that day. When we returned on 2/20/12 to purchase the Equinox, Don again was there to answer all our questions. When we sat down with Allen again he was so helpful in answering all the questions we had. Allen explained all our options and it was easy to make a decision on the purchase. Ed Bozarth's employees made this purchase a great experience. I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Ed Bozarth if you want a great experience in purchasing a vehicle. More

Al Belford, General Manager of Fixed Operations, w Re: Customer Service Experience I am very satisfied with the dealership, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. Al Belford, General Manager of Fixed Operations, was quite helpful in replacing two defective rims on my 2010 Chevy Malibu. He did not not quibble over the matter with me, but profferd to replace them, no questions asked! Additionally, the Parts Department staff by the name of Beto was quite helpful with my purchase for auto parts. I would recommend talking to him if you have a parts related question. The dealership has earned my loyalty, and I plan to continue giving them my business. The employees I dealt with seemed enthusiastic about their jobs. If you need to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would talk to Lovlie Balmes. She seems like a sincere and forthright individual. Scott Widmar More
