A couple of months ago I actually visited and was treated much better but the boss's name that helped me was Louie and he is now gone. No surprise there, he didn't really fit in. Also, Mike Carlin was ther much better but the boss's name that helped me was Louie and he is now gone. No surprise there, he didn't really fit in. Also, Mike Carlin was there then to and was very nice and helpful and I do understand that there are still good people even at a bad place. Recently though when I went in I worked with Joe who was at least honest enough to tell me that he really didn't know what he was doing. He had very little knowledge of his brand or the incentives which I can understand. At least he was up front. He then had me talk to Kurt who acted like he knew everything but was more of an old school used car salesman. He said that I needed to be a military person to get the special pricing I saw advertised and said that I had to buy all of the junk they put on the car like a pinstripe, a window tint, and a door bumper thing. i don't want any of that. He said that I had to understand and that they have to make a profit as if they were not going to? The facility was nice but the people were cold and stiff and not at all friendly. Even when I had my car serviced there before, they took forever to even write up my car and then said a diagnostic check would take three hours and cost $100. Needless to say I didn't wait. I have since went to old ghetto store Fairway Chevrolet where they sold me another car. They are good but very far and in a bad area of town. More

As such, they are in the optimal and rare position to deliver customer needs and satisfaction with a comforting consistency a team performance unit. As such, they are in the optimal and rare position to deliver customer needs and satisfaction with a comforting consistency which builds my confidence in Ed Bozarth Chevrolet as an organization. It is certainly worth the time and effort, which is minimal and easy from the customer's perspective, to work with the Ed Bozarth Chevrolet when purchasing and/or receiving car care services. Keep up the good teamwork, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. More

On 2/18/2012 my husband and I went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Las Vegas to look for a new vehicle to purchase. The two salesman that we worked with, Joe & Don were great. They answered all our que Chevrolet in Las Vegas to look for a new vehicle to purchase. The two salesman that we worked with, Joe & Don were great. They answered all our questions, took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the Chevy Equinox. They knew that we were just looking on that day, however, they never put any pressure on us to buy a vehicle. Allen Smith in the Finance Dept. was also very helpful. We worked on all the numbers and when we told Allen we wanted to think about the purchase for a couple of days, he was very understanding and did not put any pressure on us to purchase that day. When we returned on 2/20/12 to purchase the Equinox, Don again was there to answer all our questions. When we sat down with Allen again he was so helpful in answering all the questions we had. Allen explained all our options and it was easy to make a decision on the purchase. Ed Bozarth's employees made this purchase a great experience. I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Ed Bozarth if you want a great experience in purchasing a vehicle. More

Al Belford, General Manager of Fixed Operations, w Re: Customer Service Experience I am very satisfied with the dealership, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. Al Belford, General Manager of Fixed Operations, was quite helpful in replacing two defective rims on my 2010 Chevy Malibu. He did not not quibble over the matter with me, but profferd to replace them, no questions asked! Additionally, the Parts Department staff by the name of Beto was quite helpful with my purchase for auto parts. I would recommend talking to him if you have a parts related question. The dealership has earned my loyalty, and I plan to continue giving them my business. The employees I dealt with seemed enthusiastic about their jobs. If you need to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would talk to Lovlie Balmes. She seems like a sincere and forthright individual. Scott Widmar More

We had a 2000 Saturn that needed some service done. We took to Ed Bozarth three times and were very satisfied with Jeremy Hutchings and the service department. I purchased a 2012 Equinox from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a week ago. From my initial email contact with the dealership right up to the actual delivery of the vehicle to me, the process was about as easy and week ago. From my initial email contact with the dealership right up to the actual delivery of the vehicle to me, the process was about as easy and stress free as I can imagine any vehicle purchase could be. I worked with Denae Mato, Internet Manager at the dealership, and found her to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The dealership did not have an Equinox equipped with the options I wanted so Denae located the model and had it shipped from another dealership. This was done in a timely fashion with little delay. She also provided me with assurance that a rebate that resulted from my GM credit card would be applied to the purchase price. On the day that I received the vehicle the paperwork was quickly taken care of and Denae spent quite a bit of time going over the vehicle with me. She set up the Bluetooth and navigation systems for me, as well as activating the OnStar system. I have even had a follow-up phone call from her inquiring as to how I liked the Equinox and if I had any concerns; so far I am very pleased. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend the Ed Bozarth Chevrolet dealership for anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More
It is my pleasure to write this review because of the great experience we had in purchasing our car with the most knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient salesman we've ever had the pleasure of de great experience we had in purchasing our car with the most knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient salesman we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with...Matthew Bomareto. Matt was willing to take the time to answer our zillions of questions...showed us several cars, offered to let us drive the cars...pointed out all the good things about each one...and while we didn't take him on on his offer to let us drive the cars, he did take us on a wonderful drive in the car we ended up purchasing. Matt made sure all the details were taken care of before the keys AND the car was turned over to us...it was shiny clean inside and out...and so beautiful! Matt took the time to show us how to use the different settings inside the car; hooked up my cell phone so I can drive and talk "hands free" (what a blessing that is!!); and, he also told me should we have ANY questions on how to use anything in the car, to please call him. (And, we have...and, he is always there and willing to help us with our questions.) While we think it's probably not as lucrative for the salesman to sell cars to a General Motors retiree...and, we had thought BEFORE we went there, that the salesmen might not be so happy to work with us because of that...well, I can tell you without any reservation, that Matt was absolutely wonderful through the entire process with us...we were so very wrong thinking those thoughts...KEEP HIM FOREVER!!! HE IS A HUGE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! And, should we decide to purchase another car in the future, we hope Matt will be there to help and guide us in purchasing another vehicle...and...we will surely go to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet first before going anywhere else. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that wrote up our bill of sale...he was also just terrific...you have wonderful people working there, and we appreciate that so very much. We loved our experience there...it was great!! Thanks to Matt and all of you!! More
