I went to Ed Bozarth because they said I would receive a GREAT deal. I had a trade-in that was in excellent condition but needed tires. The used car manager, whom you will never see, told Mike Carlin that GREAT deal. I had a trade-in that was in excellent condition but needed tires. The used car manager, whom you will never see, told Mike Carlin that he "could not sell my car and would have to wholesale it and he knows how much he can get for it", so he could only give me $10,000. for my trade in. This left me 4,000. upside down on the new car I DID purchase from them. You can now buy my Suzuki XL7 for $15,995.00 on E. Sahara Ave. More
justin was a great salesman to work with. we have bought over 20 new cars over the years and he was by far the best. he knew everything about the car we were interested in but was not pushy and told us all over 20 new cars over the years and he was by far the best. he knew everything about the car we were interested in but was not pushy and told us all the positive things about the chevy but did not try to bad mouth the other brand of car we told him we were thinking about buying. we loved that about him and it made us feel very comfotable dealing with him. everyone else at the dealership was very nice and we would suggest if you are looking for a chevy this is the place to go and ask for justin. I called the dealership Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a couple weeks ago to buy a new car. I am still so mad about it. The telephone operator Katie doesn't listen correctly to the questions asked. Her answers are weeks ago to buy a new car. I am still so mad about it. The telephone operator Katie doesn't listen correctly to the questions asked. Her answers are very short and without any ambitions to help. No empathy or social skills. The telephony arrogance of this person made me choose another dealership with better customer service. Even though I live very close to the dealership. I don't understand why this person operates Ed Bozarth's phone line. It seems like she doesn't like her job. Not a smart decision to put her on the phone. More
This dealership is by far the best in all catagories that I have had experience with over the past 45 years of car buying. Our salesperson Bill Nicol and others were outstanding. I had already written a lengthy paragraph praising the dealership and our talented, young salesman, Jonathan Zito. But, the website apparently has erased it. So, in short, I would say that the dealership dealership and our talented, young salesman, Jonathan Zito. But, the website apparently has erased it. This by far was the best experience I had with a dealership. Everything did not go as planned due to an OnStar issue with the 2013 vehicles but they made sure to get me taken care of. Since I coul dealership. Everything did not go as planned due to an OnStar issue with the 2013 vehicles but they made sure to get me taken care of. Since I could not take the vehicle day of purchase due to these issues they made sure they provided me an extra service to my vehicle that I was looking to receive for the inconvenience. Zito and Juan were great in every manner! Eric made the paperwork a breeze! Thank you! I know that our 2012 Cruze and our 2013 Equinox will always be in good hands! I will always recommend Ed Bozarth Chevrolet for sales and service. John Huges our service manager has always done a great job for us as well. THANK YOU! More
Everything started great. Spoke with Mike before I came in, had everything set up in terms of payment and lease length. Our overall experience at the dealership started well: very friendly, no high pressu in, had everything set up in terms of payment and lease length. Our overall experience at the dealership started well: very friendly, no high pressure sales or the negative stero-types associated with car sales. The car we were looking for wasn't there but Mike told us he would arrange to have the car brought in from another dealership in Utah. Allen in finance put together the lease and was patient working with a complex situation (good credit but lots of student loan) as we spent an hour or two waiting for Allen to find the right deal for us. Allen released us with saying "all he needed was final approval from a manager on our lease and there shouldnt be any issues getting the approval and that our car would arrive on a specific day". My wife and I left happy and relieved that our first car buying/leasing experience went better than expected and not the nightmare most car buyers fear. On the day our car was due to arrive I called Mike and asked if our car had arrived? Mike told us there are some delays on the Utah dealerships end and that our car wouldn't arrive for a few more days. While speaking with Mike, I just got the feeling he wasn't very confident in what he was telling us as though he was leaving something out. With that thought in mind, I took it upon myself to call the Utah dealership and they told me they've had ZERO communication from Ed Bozarth Chevy. At this point I called Bozarth to terminate our deal and I'll go to Utah and get the car myself and work with that specific dealership. After experiencing the same lengthy credit check at the dealership in Utah, there dealership was able to find the right deal for us and told us that Ed Bozarth NEVER had approval for our lease. What infuriated my wife and I was 3 days had passed from the time we left Ed Bozarth to the time I had called to see if our car was in. During those 3 days, Bozarth NEVER bothered to call and tell us there where issues. When I called Mike, he had the opportunity to tell me there was an issues with getting our lease approved BUT chose NOT to tell us that and blamed the Utah dealership for the delay. Instead he offered us a temporary car, clearly ment to keep us "in play" so we wouldnt attempt to work with another dealership. Bozarth's customer service, friendliness, and pricing was great but the honestly was defiantly a failure which brings into question there integrity. They had every opportunity to be honest with us about what was going on and chose not to. Needless to say we won't be back. More
