Sales has been and is still top notch, but service is going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department going to cost the dealership and brand a lot of money. Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and tire rotation but the service department gave it back to me and let me drive off with all four wheels having finger tight lug nuts. I was lucky not to have thousands of dollars in damage or be involved in an accident. When trying to deal with ther service manager all I get is a voicemail option and no return call. More

I left my truck overnight to be serviced. I was then called the following morning to come pick it up. It was not ready due to last minute arrival of recall parts that I was told arrived later I was then called the following morning to come pick it up. It was not ready due to last minute arrival of recall parts that I was told arrived later than expected. Which is frustrating, but I understand things happen. I was then called several hours later and the truck was supposedly ready again. However, my automatic steps had not been hooked back up. The truck had not been cleaned per the service that I was supposed to have been provided. The service was not inexpensive and the lack of professionalism makes me question whether I received all the services I paid for. I was not offered a discount for my time and inconvenience. Overall a bad service experience! Does not make me want to come back and I have been using your location not just for vehicle service but the purchase of my wife's 2017 Camaro and my 2022 Silverado 1500 for the past 7 years and I don't know if I will be coming back anytime soon. I definitely expected more customer service than was provided. More
