My son took his Colorado truck in on a recall and they conducted an inspection. They said the rear brakes were good, but the front needed replacement. We already had them checked and knew the back were conducted an inspection. They said the rear brakes were good, but the front needed replacement. We already had them checked and knew the back were bad and needed replacement, but the front were not quite ready. They also said he needed a fan clutch and it would not last the Summer. When my son left after the recall repair was complete and they did their inspection the brakes locked up on him going home. I had to come and assist him. We went back to the dealership and asked what they did to lock up the brakes. They said they did nothing and only do a visual inspection. I asked how they could do a visual inspection on drum brakes and the service advisor said they would have to speak to the mechanic. They said we had to get the vehicle towed in for them to look at it and would not accept they did anything wrong. I tried to talk to the Service Manager who was surly and arrogant. We called for a tow and went back to the vehicle. The brakes had cooled down and the vehicle was no longer locked up. My son slowly drove back to the dealership. When he got back to the dealership the brakes locked up again. While getting the mechanic that worked on the vehicle the service agent tried pulling up on the brake pedal and this unlocked the brakes. It appears from what they said it was a freakish thing that had occurred, and would probably not happen again. The mechanic stated he had not pulled the wheels to check the brake pads, but only went on the mileage of the vehicle to assess the brake wear. When he pulled off the wheels the front brakes where still good and the back were almost metal to metal and not safe for my son to drive on them. I authorized them to replace the rear brake pads. They later reduced the charge for the brake pads $100.00 due to the problems we had encountered. They strongly recommended that we get the fan clutch replaced as it would not last much longer with the Summer heat. It has now been six months and the front brakes are still good, as well as, the fan clutch. I wrote Ed Bozarth to inform him of the issue (as he professes "fabulous customer service) and thought he may have the courtesy to respond, but after a month and a half, he has not responded. I assume he does not care about such service from his dealership. I would be very careful about doing repair work with this dealership and of course we will go else where if we need service from a dealership. More

Jonny Zito was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He is an extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and hard-working salesman. At first, we came to Ed Bozarth with the intention of buying a Chevy Volt, but were an extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and hard-working salesman. At first, we came to Ed Bozarth with the intention of buying a Chevy Volt, but were not able to get the deal we wanted, so we decided to hold of on the lease. After a couple of weeks, we saw an ad on the paper and came back to check out the Equinox; we specifically requested Zito because of his wonderful attitude and professional mannerism. Thanks to Zito's persistence and willingness to find the best possible deal for us, we leased the Equinox and were able to get a good trade- in value for our car. I bought a camaro and a week after the purchase I noticed some pretty bad scratches so I went back to see if there was anything they could do and to my surprise the kept my car and are taking care of the scratches and are installing an alarm for me, while they have my car they gave me another camaro to drive ! Don even offered me money out of his own pocket to get gas. I would highly recommend Ed Bozarth Chevrolet to everyone. You will not be disappointed !!! More

We met Zito and I must tell you that the ONLY reason we came back and made our purchase a year later was because Zito took the time to help us and was ok with the fact that we were not ready to buy. We went to 4 other dealerships and their salesmen just didn't listen to what our needs were and insisted on test drives and credit checks. Thank you for having Zito as your sales professional. He was instrumental in creating the best car buying experience possible and was also wonderful with my fathers purchase 3 days after mine. More

Fortunately, Jonathan Zito found us. He was so low-key and seemed so genuine in his friendly but professional approach to us that we liked him immediately. We bought a car from Zito that day, and we have told everyone since then about the wonderful experience we had with him. If we could afford another car, we'd buy from him again today! That's how much we appreciated him. More

I had purchased a new Traverse from Ed Bozarth last year, but now also wanted a more economical vehicle for getting to/from work. After poring over countless internet ads for Vegas dealerships (and learning to manage my expectations), I sent out requests for more info via a handful of websites. Other dealerships replied with e-mails, however, Ms. Lovelie Balmes (Internet Sales) from Ed Bozarth called and personally invited me back for a visit. She introduced me to Mr. Justin Duarte (Sales), who was very respectful towards me and knowledgeable of his vehicles. I took an interest in a nice '08 Malibu with low miles, and made an offer. After a little back-and-forth, it became apparent they wouldn't be able to meet my asking price, so I thanked them for their time and continued my search. The next morning, Mr. Juan Pena (Sales Mgr) called to follow up. After recounting my experience, he promised to help me out. I returned to the dealership that same day, and was impressed with how Mr. Pena took the time to sit down with me and work out a deal. I then had the privilege of being helped by Mr. Justin Duarte again, who in practically no time had me finalizing paperwork with Mr. Steve Smith (Finance). Once more, the team at Ed Bozarth made certain that I bought my next car from them. Given the level of their customer service, and the outstanding value I received, I am pleased to recommend this dealership. More
I have lived here all my life and have gone to LV car dealerships nine times in the past. It has been very frustrating dealing with condescending, arrogant and nauseatingly nice (phony) sales persons which have left me jaded. My experience with the Ed Bozarth Chevrolet dealership is by far the best ever and does not resemble any of the other dealerships I have done business with in the past. When I walked in, I noticed they were wearing suits which surprised me in this day and age. It shows they care to look their best. I cannot just comment on one person because it was a whole team that assisted me. My first contact was over the telephone with Lovelie. She was very friendly and let me vent as I commented on past negative car buying experiences. When I arrived at the dealership, the ladies at the reception desk were very warm and friendly. Lovelie introduced me to Zito, who took me for a test drive. The exact car I wanted was not at the dealership but one was expected to arrive in a few days. A week later, I received a message that the car had arrived. When I went back to the dealership, it was late in the day and David Ochoa assisted me with another test drive and was very courteous. Eric Lamont typed up the contract and answered my questions regarding financing/vehicle trade-in. I appreciate that he was no frills and did not waste my time with senseless chatter. I requested to get the windows tinted and arrangements were made with Chris in service, who was also very courteous. Todd Topham treated me like a VIP when he provided a loaner while my windows were tinted. When I went back to pick up the car, Zito spent extra time with me showing me the different features of the car and answering more questions. He has been very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I sound like a broken record but these people really were very nice and came across as genuine. I do not give praise lightly but in this case, it is well deserved. More
I went to Ed Bozarth because they said I would receive a GREAT deal. I had a trade-in that was in excellent condition but needed tires. This left me 4,000. upside down on the new car I DID purchase from them. You can now buy my Suzuki XL7 for $15,995.00 on E. Sahara Ave. More
