The service department was friendly, on time and on price quote . I haven't had good experiences at other dealerships in the past, and I consider Ed Bozarth the exception. I brought the vehicle in for service and also to determine the issue with my rear door lock. When I received a call from Jeremy and declined going forward with the repair due to the high cost? I didn't expect or deserve the attitude from him when I picked up the vehicle. When he would not let me look at the paperwork before handing it to the cashier it was classless. He must have been either embarrassed or it is just his usual way when he charges excessively for diagnostic. I always thought highly of this dealership but in the future will give as much bad word of mouth advertising as I possibly can. More

Purchased 2006 Infiniti G35 on Oct '13. 61k Miles. Since then car has MULTIPLE PROBLEMS. First off let me state I take great care in all my cars, and drive them as such as well. From Oct '13 - Time of this review Feb '14, I have experienced these problems with my car: Power seats won't recline for drivers side, Every start up you can hear some type of grinding/blow off, and now a oil leak. NOBODY should have to experience all these problems as I have within the first FOUR months of purchasing a car, ESPECIALLY from a dealership. I purchased their extended warranty plan as well. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL OF THE PROBLEMS are "not" covered by their extended warranty plan. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone to purchase cars from here after experiencing all these problems. Lets hope this dealership can do something about this and get these fixed. I have ONLY had the car for FOUR months and I strongly believe nobody should have to experience all these problems when purchasing a car from a dealership.... Perry Jonsh28@yahoo.com More
