Was bad Got a call in the morning said all was good to go with for my income I asked to make sure before I drove the two hours to Vegas get there and Mark wed Got a call in the morning said all was good to go with for my income I asked to make sure before I drove the two hours to Vegas get there and Mark wedding the sales guy was far from nice or professional would not listen to me and when I asked if they had run all income asking yet once again he said that's finance job well they never asked or took the info and when I asked the value of my current car he said half of what it was and not nice but stuck up attitude, then the finance guy comes and said could not make it happen I'm like I asked before I left and they got me approved and finance manager said it was a go so why I went there and got treated poorly. And then trying to push me into a car I didn't want I said no I want what I want and expressed all of this and that I wasted my time for absolutely nothing of what I was told, unprofessional complete joke of a dealership I'm completely disgusted with ed bozarths in las vegas, do not go there More

This team is so professional and not pushy, you will leave with a feeling of gratitude and pride amd never wonder if you were just ripped off. This guy was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and did not try to pressure me at all. I've bought Chevy before and because of Zito I will return to Ed Bozarth dealerships. He was also dressed very nice and is a definite asset to that dealership. They should be very proud of him. I saw all the awards in his office and I can see they were well deserved. Keep up the great work Jonathon. The finance guy was Jaime Pena he made that experience very easy to handle. I walked out of there and my palms weren't even sweaty. When my truck was delivered to me it was spotless looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great dealership, easy sales and finance experience. I hate the whole car-buying process but he immediately put me at ease, and even though someone else was recommended to me, I still went back to Bill the second day. I had my almost 2 yr old grand daughter with me and Bill even let her watch her Bubble Guppies on his phone while I took care of business. Very nice man. He also took the time to show me how everything works on the car, set up my on star and blue tooth. I would send anyone who needs to buy a car to him. More

My Sales Consultant Jonathan Zito is an outstanding Sales Specialist who has been very user/friendly. He has gone out of his way to make me feel welcomed when ever I visit the Dealership. Zito has been but a phone call away. The Bozarth Service Department is immaculate. The Service Reps are professional all the way. FINANCE UNPROFESSIONAL 8/5/15 Went to look at a 2015 Cruze, liked the car, Jason the sales rep. was very friendly, patient, and professional. The downfall started when we got to the finance part of the deal. Nathan Syme told us instead of waiting for a while, to go and run errands etc. and that he'll call us back in 2 hours that same afternoon. 2 1/2 hours passed and no call from Nathan. I finally called back and left a voicemail, I figured he must be busy with a customer. That night he never called back. The next day I called again, front desk receptionist said he is off on Thursdays, he could've given my file to another Finance person to follow up or called and let me know he is off and that he will get back with information when he comes back from his off day or something. I thought that what he did and how he conducted his business with us was unprofessional and kind of rude. He could have let me know if I was approved or not, instead of making me keep calling and waiting on his response. I guess he doesn't want the dealership he works for to make money on customers, plus having a negative interaction with him, makes the dealership look bad due to how the customer is not happy with his action. I have purchased chevrolet products through Fairway Chevrolet without any problems, my recent purchased last year of a 2014 Camaro. We thought we'd try your dealership due to it's closer to home. Unfortunately this incident makes me think other wise now, I will not recommend this dealership to friends and families any time soon, leaves a bad experience in our memory now. We are totally disappointed with the finance service given to us. I also voiced my opinion on Yelp. More
Great second day, frustrating first day I took my car in today and normally I talk to Jon, but apparently he moved back to Texas. I should have waited for Will, but instead took the first person available. His name was Bill and normally when I take my car in they check the miles against what service package it needs and I'm typically pretty satisfied. Unfortunately, I had a miscommunication with Bill and I didn't realize why I was getting a complete fuel system service and brake fluid exchange. Additionally, my tires weren't rotated and my oil wasn't changed. It seemed like I was sold these 2 services (which cost just over $300) and that was that. I was pretty frustrated with my experience and decided to go back the next day (I'm glad I did!). I dealt with Will this time and before I could even say anything he already knew why I was there because he had read my initial review. He had already checked my maintenance history and I'm not sure if he had spoke with Bill from yesterday, but he found where the miscommunication had happened from the day before. The two services I received were not accomplished from my 90,000 mile service, so that's why I had them. When I mentioned the oil not being changed and tires not being rotated, Will told me they would do it at no charge. He asked me what's the earliest I could bring my car in and I took it in today (16 Jul). After dropping my car off, about 30 minutes later I got a phone call saying my car was done and I could pick it up. I wasn't charged a dime, got my new annoying sticker on my windshield, and oil life reading reset. I'm not completely sure, but they may have even washed my car again. I'm 100% satisfied and I'll be going back there next time! More
