BEWARE!! YOU ARE WARNED!! It's been over two weeks and the rack and pinion/tranny job is still not complete. Each day is yet another excuse. To make matters worse the service consultant attempted to patronize me be saying that they, Ed Bozarth, want to get my truck "...off the rack as bad as you want the truck back. We are in the same boat." I kindly asked him are THEY also having to find rides to and from work for the past week?
