I won’t mention names cause at the end of the day they know who they are and well they need a job I guess. I provided them with all the info of trade in, I submitted a credit app (I was told my credit was magical, whatever that means). I confirm terms of deal not once not twice but five times. I asked to start paperwork and then my salesperson decided to stop all future contact. Confusing in so many levels. You learn your lesson. What’s the lesson ? Dont go here, trust me you will regret it! More
most unfriendly dealership I have ever visited I brought my car to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet for service. I was informed that I had recall. I was told it would be repaired at no cost. SEAN BAHR, the Service Advisor, is who I dealt with. He has a very arrogant & condescending manner. Rarely answers or returns phone calls. On those rare occasions he did answer or return call, he would always promise to call me back. He never did so. I would have to make several calls before I could speak with him again. When he finally got back to me he said it would cost $750 To repair. And another $8,700 to replace the engine! I told him that I have no intention of putting that kind of money into a car that is worth less than a repair. I told him to return my car. He said I have to pay $750 When I was told there would be no out of pocket cost. He refused. I asked him several times if I could speak to a manager or general manager (about 5 or 6 times), he told me none were available. I have made several calls, today, and keep getting voice mail. I still have not received a call back. I considered trading in my car since I was there. But after the terrible custom service, that won't happen. It makes sense why their service has terrible Google reviews. Please stay away from this place. Worse service experience ever. By far the most unfriendly dealership I have ever visited. I will NEVER do business here again!!! More
Terrible Communication & Customer Service I dropped off my diesel truck for a diagnosis and was told by Sean that the techs couldn't pull any codes, there could be engine damage, and it would I dropped off my diesel truck for a diagnosis and was told by Sean that the techs couldn't pull any codes, there could be engine damage, and it would be $600 to inspect everything to include all fuel system components. Several days later I was told it would cost around $3600 in repairs so I asked for a written estimate. I waited 4 days for that estimate and it didn't include any diagnosis information. When I started asking detailed questions, Brandon a service manager got involved and apparently they did pull codes, all for fuel pressure issues, and nothing to do with my engine. Additionally, my fuel injectors were potentially bad but they didn't bother to disclose that up front (after they quoted me almost $6,000 for injector replacement) After two weeks of my truck sitting there and no straight answers I had enough and picked it up. Amazingly, despite being told my fuel pump was destroyed my truck was still running? Also, they emptied out my center console and glovebox and dumped everything on my seat and floor and left it that way. I told Sean it was unacceptable and he just said he didn't know about it and would talk to his guys as he was walking away from me. Terrible customer service and terrible communication at best about potential issues. I'm never taking a vehicle there again. Complete waste of my time and I paid for a diagnosis that probably wasn't even necessary. More
"Service Department's Process" On October 6, 2017, I drove my car into the Service Department to have my oil changed. I was in line behind a white car, but in the opposite lane. A white truck pulled in behind the white truck about 10 minutes after I did. I was told by a Service Specialist that they would be right with me. After about 15 minutes, I went into the office to see how much longer it would take to have my oil changed. Well, a man behind the desk informed me that they were not taking anymore cars today after I had been waiting in the hot sun for about 30 minutes. He told me I can make an appointment but not with him because he was off the clock. So I walked out and guess what white truck was being prepared for service. Maybe he had an appointment, I don't know. In the meantime the service guy comes up to finally find out what I am there for only for me to have to inform him that it was too late to get an oil changed. Bozarth you need a better system when cars are pulling in to be serviced. . More

4 stars...really? This service department is a joke!! We brought our Corvette in to check the radiator. Almost $1600 later to flush the radiator we drove the Corvette not even 25 miles and it overheats again. Wills response "well it worked when it left here now it doesn't!". This is just one of the many reasons we won't ever take our car there again. Every time we had something fixed something else broke...literally!! I thought taking it to the dealership would provide better and more honest service. Let's just say I'm a lot smarter now. I did receive a survey and asked for someone to call me but never heard back. More

Wonderful Experience and Immense Help after my Accident My 2010 Camaro got totaled in a Highway Accident recently and I started looking for a replacement. I saw the "Big Brother" to the one I had owned list My 2010 Camaro got totaled in a Highway Accident recently and I started looking for a replacement. I saw the "Big Brother" to the one I had owned listed on Ed Bofzarth's website with no info. I called the Sales department and Kassandra (who handles Internet sales) was a doll. She found out the car was going to Auction and convinced the Manager to hold it so I could see it instead. She got me all the basic info and a price and passed me on to a sales guy. Don Jansen, an older gentlemen, was a god send. He was so patient and accommodating (I went to see the car in the rain and then had to come back to test drive it a day later). He never made a single thing I asked or requested seem like a bother and after my awful accident and how heartbroken I was to loose my 1st car, my dream car... when he gave me the keys to the new one I was so overjoyed. He helped make my accident seem like it had been for a bigger purpose and so that I could move on to a V8 Version or my car and enjoy it all over again. He was truly wonderful and I would certainly buy another vehicle, or my husband would from him again. A huge thank you to Don & Kassandra for giving me the opportunity to purchase a car that wasn't meant for them to sell. More
