TeamchevyNC - mediocre dealer at best. BUYER BEWARE especially if you are purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Disinterested salesperson (with no follow up after my cash purchase) that misinformed (at best) and misled (at worst) me regarding the detail that goes into inspecting a used vehicle before it goes on the lot and the limited warranty offered by the dealership. Basically if it starts, goes, and stops…that is all the info that Teamchevync needs to know to put it on the lot and issues that I consider being “safety issues” are overlooked and not disclosed and not included in the limited warranty. Granted it was an older and fun/weekend car purchase for me, but safety is safety. Good luck getting through to someone to share your concerns with. My salesperson no longer works there. After many calls and missed connections, I eventually did get to speak to a manager, unfortunately my concerns came down to money, so nothing will be done. Oh well! I’ve bought enough cars over the years to know better than to get star struck by the right color! Do your due diligence and take your time examining the vehicle from top to bottom. Take it to your mechanic. Get everything in writing! More

Jason in finance overcharged $200 for a mandatory warranty they make you purchase for the sale of a used car. Said they would mail a refund check for the difference and they never did. Called multiple times to find out the status of the check and Manny, Andy, Jason, Danielle, Walter and Stephanie have not responded or returned multiple calls. Once you drive your car off the lot you will be ghosted. More
Had a scheduled appointment for a repair they recommended, apt was for 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45 and they told me the tech qualified to do the repair would not be there and they couldn’t do th recommended, apt was for 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45 and they told me the tech qualified to do the repair would not be there and they couldn’t do the repair. It was scheduled that day because that was when he was supposed to be there. Service rep said the text I got the day before confirming was automated and didn’t matter. She thought the text she sent as I was arriving covered her. Her coworker left the service area and went out to where I had left my car parked with the drivers window down. She was acting shifty, after I left I discovered my window control panel had been damaged. They are liars, thieves and apparently vandals! I’ve heard countless horror stories and I guess it’s shame on me for giving them the benefit of doubt. More

I went there to buy a new car which they told me on phone (after checking thoroughly in their multiple systems) that they had it avaliable on their lot. I reach there and nobody knew where the car was, which I can understand, as mistakes sometimes happen. But they all acted as if it was my mistake, as their sales manager said "We never claimed we had this vehicle". I was shocked by their RUDE behavior. All they had to say was that it was a miscommunication (not even a mistake). But no, the manager kept telling me how I was wrong in this case. And, here's the grand finale of his UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, when I asked him about the person who told me that the car was available, he said, "I don't know who told you that," and then WALKED AWAY leaving me sitting alone in his office. I thought he had gone to check on this, but a couple of minutes later another person came in and told me "The manager asked me to tell you that our meeting is over". I was dumbfounded as I walked out of this place. They are a "Team" alright, a team of incompetents who have zero aptitude for doing their jobs. More

I bought a new 2022 GMC truck from Team Chevrolet Buick 9/20/22. In Salisbury NC.I use my truck to haul equipment with on a flatbed trailer. When I would hook up my trailer brakes to the truck it would sho 9/20/22. In Salisbury NC.I use my truck to haul equipment with on a flatbed trailer. When I would hook up my trailer brakes to the truck it would show the brakes was working on the trailer. But after going a little ways on the highway the brakes would quit working. I was delivering some equipment and a car pulled out in front of me and not knowing the brakes wasn’t working I had to run off the road to stop. It almost caused a bad accident. I got in touch with the service department and was told GM was aware of this problem but at this time didn’t know what to do to correct it. I went and talked with the sales manager to see if we could work something out because I need a truck for my business. He was very rude to my wife and I and hollered at me to get out the door or he would throw me out. What a shame to talk to a customer who just spent over$62,000 with a dealer ship. I hope no one gets seriously hurt or killed with this problem. More
The sells team are top notch employees, the finance team are really good. The service team has went down in quality and customer service. Main problem is communication. Second problem is Team itself does not do loaner/rental for warranty work, this is something simple that should be done. Again, the sales team has gone above and beyond during our last 3 vehicle purchases during the last 3 years, but when you need service, you expect help, this starts with good communication. More
