Wow! There's BAD, then there is UGLY, and then there is "Team Chevorlet Buick GMC of Salisbury." I went there to buy a new car which they told me on phone (after checking thoroughly in their multiple systems) that they had it avaliable on their lot. I reach there and nobody knew where the car was, which I can understand, as mistakes sometimes happen. But they all acted as if it was my mistake, as their sales manager said "We never claimed we had this vehicle". I was shocked by their RUDE behavior. All they had to say was that it was a miscommunication (not even a mistake). But no, the manager kept telling me how I was wrong in this case. And, here's the grand finale of his UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, when I asked him about the person who told me that the car was available, he said, "I don't know who told you that," and then WALKED AWAY leaving me sitting alone in his office. I thought he had gone to check on this, but a couple of minutes later another person came in and told me "The manager asked me to tell you that our meeting is over". I was dumbfounded as I walked out of this place. They are a "Team" alright, a team of incompetents who have zero aptitude for doing their jobs. More

I bought a new 2022 GMC truck from Team Chevrolet Buick 9/20/22. In Salisbury NC.I use my truck to haul equipment with on a flatbed trailer. When I would hook up my trailer brakes to the truck it would sho 9/20/22. In Salisbury NC.I use my truck to haul equipment with on a flatbed trailer. When I would hook up my trailer brakes to the truck it would show the brakes was working on the trailer. But after going a little ways on the highway the brakes would quit working. I was delivering some equipment and a car pulled out in front of me and not knowing the brakes wasn’t working I had to run off the road to stop. It almost caused a bad accident. I got in touch with the service department and was told GM was aware of this problem but at this time didn’t know what to do to correct it. I went and talked with the sales manager to see if we could work something out because I need a truck for my business. He was very rude to my wife and I and hollered at me to get out the door or he would throw me out. What a shame to talk to a customer who just spent over$62,000 with a dealer ship. I hope no one gets seriously hurt or killed with this problem. More

The sells team are top notch employees, the finance team are really good. The service team has went down in quality and customer service. Main problem is communication. These guys are the definition of sleezy car salesmen! AVOID! They had a price listed on cars.com I called them and they said that was a promotion price for the weekend but if I brought the ad in they wil AVOID! I asked for that in writing because I was taking the day off to drive 3 hours to get there. A manager emailed me. I get there and they would not honor that price or even come down $1. I showed them the email he shrugged and said I didn't talk to him so he didn't care. The GM wasn't there but I left a message on his vm. This was very dirty and sleezy, I made it clear on the phone I would not go down there unless they honored the price. Manager emails mean nothing. I called their regional center they said they would pass on to the manager that told me they would honor the price. Made me drive 6 hours round trip with my toddlers, take the day off, all of which they knew the day before, so they could attempt to scam me with a bait and switch. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I was already financed and had $15k in my pocket for a down payment. Absolute sleezy unprofessional liars here. stay away! More

Salesman was great but his hands were tied as far as decisions on anything. We bought a used vehicle and after getting it home noticed so much wrong that 3 days later going back they don't want to help decisions on anything. UPDATE: JUNE 2022 Team Chevrolet did not offer to fix this truck they sold us with prior damage. Their body shop wants to charge us over $1700.00 for the prior owners damage. They should have never sold this truck to anyone. We regret it and are going to contact a lawyer. I'll make sure I spread the word on their customer service and selling screwed up vehicles. We purchased a used vehicle and were offered the Zurich warranty for 10 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for the appointment 15 mins ahead of time of appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I was to warranty for 10 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for the appointment 15 mins ahead of time of appointment. After 2 hours of waiting, I was told there was a mixup and they had not begun working on my car. When service was completed, I was shown a picture of a transmission line that needed attention. I asked the service advisor, if they wiped the line clean. He responded why? Stating that I could godown the road and say that the service had caused damage. I was told the line was not leaking, but had shown signs that there was a issue. I told the service advisor I would take the vehicle to my personal mechanic to have it checked out. I drove the car home, it sat for one week. A large pile of oil was under the car. Took the car to a oil service store, they informed me the oil filter was very loose, and needed to be tightened. I have 9 more free oil changes, but after the experience I have had, I would rather forfeit the free oil changes than haveTeam Service work on my car. My service advisor, Shane Forester, was very professional until I said the said the blow back on the transmission line was something I would let my mechanic look at and not allow Team to charge me $500 to repair. Could Team had intentionally not tightened the oil filter to cause me to return for service, I do not know. I do know I do not recommend Team Chevrolet for service on a vehicle. More

Car was in another location at Team they offered to bring car to Salisbury for us to see it but we were required to give a 1000.00 non refundab car. All pricing reflects $1,000 trade assistance incentive and $1,500 Down Payment Assistance - They were adding to the price if the vehicle 1,000 because there was no trade in. (Really)! We didn’t need the down payment assistance but that also was added back in. Communication was terrible. All they were concerned with was how long I wanted to finance and what I needed my monthly payment to be. Be aware ! Received several calls from them after we left trying to finalize the deal . No Way ! Be honest and up front with people. More
