I was looking for a specific vehicle and was willing to travel to get it and Taylor Kia popped on my radar as having the vehicle. Low and behold, I dealt with Donny Palicki as the car sales person ove travel to get it and Taylor Kia popped on my radar as having the vehicle. Low and behold, I dealt with Donny Palicki as the car sales person over the phone. I was traveling to purchase this vehicle and needed to trust someone to help me through this process and he was it. He over delivered. Not only with questions I repeatedly had but checked on other things as well. When I finally made my decision to purchase the vehicle, I made my travel plans and headed to Taylor Kia. When I arrived, I was treated like my name was on the building. Hands down, I would recommend not only Donny Palicki but the entire staff at Taylor Kia. I have bought a lot of cars out of state, and this was by far one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. GO NOW to Taylor Kia and see Donny Palicki and you will understand and write the same thing. Cheers to Donny and the entire staff at Taylor Kia!!! No a happy camper. I bought a new car late in 2019. I thought I was buying a 2020 vehicle but it was a 2019, which means it depreciates faster. Kias depreciate fast en I bought a new car late in 2019. I thought I was buying a 2020 vehicle but it was a 2019, which means it depreciates faster. Kias depreciate fast enough. I took it in for the first service. They washed the car. It had big black rub marks on the side. They fixed it. Then, in the middle of a rain storm in the middle of a 4 lane highway the driver's side windshield wiper flew off. Visibility was very bad as I tried to get to the right lane, thank goodness other drivers were very understanding. Either the dealership loosened or did not put the windshield wiper back on correctly when they washed the car. These and other reasons I will never use this dealership again. So no more Kias for me. More

My experience was great other than I wish I could have more than 2 choices of vehicles to pick from. After driving my 2020 Kia Soul for a couple days now I can say I love it. The guys here are AWESOME!!!! I went in just to see what they had on the used car lot and to just drop off a few papers to see if I qualified for a used car on my lunch and ended leaving in a BRAND NEW 2020 they had on the used car lot and to just drop off a few papers to see if I qualified for a used car on my lunch and ended leaving in a BRAND NEW 2020 KIA RIO SPORT that is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!! Its a lil smaller that I'm use to but I'm still beyond happy. Fayez is the GREATEST and I will forever deal with him. And David is also AWESOME. I LOVE TAYLOR KIA❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ More

False promises After going to this dealership test driving a car and liking it but made our saleman Enis Ally aware that the car was pulling to the right an it need After going to this dealership test driving a car and liking it but made our saleman Enis Ally aware that the car was pulling to the right an it needed an alignment. He told us no problem they would take care of that.. called the next day told him we were interested in purchasing the car but wanted to first make sure the alignment had been done an also asked that the car be cleaned ,asked for a full tank of gas an whether we could get a warranty. He responded an said yes warranty would not be a problem but alignment could not be done until he was sure we were buying the car. Went in the next day to purchase the car only to be told we could only get warranty if we purchased an additional package for $1200 for projecting the cars interior an protective sealant for paint which we were not interested in. They passed us back an forth between Enis and his manager Brady who was only willing to work with us if we purchased extras. We left extremely unhappy having wasted our time. Why would a used car dealership not fix a problem unless they made the sale and leave it for the next customer who may not realise until they have already bought the car an it's too late an now have to pay for it themselves. And why would the saleman tell you no problem on meeting your terms until you get there only to be told his manager has to approve this an is now unwilling to work with you. We went to another local dealership an walked away the same day with a much nicer vehicle . So I would not recommend this dealership an would definitely not ever go there for future purchases. More
