What Others Say

Very quick and efficient, overall great experience and I would definitely recommend my friends and family!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM ANY TAYLOR DEALERSHIP!!! They absolutely SCAMMED me. Here’s what happened: I live in NY and was looking for a specific car, an Audi s5. Taylor Kia ended up listing an Audi s5 in the spec I wanted so I immediately reached out to see if it’s available and if so I had specific questions about that car that would determine if I bought it. 3 of those questions being “is the car tuned?” “Is there any aftermarket work done?” And “is there any aftermarket exhaust work done?” I didn’t want the car to have had all this aftermarket work done that would then cause issues down the road for me. The salesman told me that the car was OWNED BY HIS COWORKER, so when I had these questions he told me he would ask the previous owner (his coworker) so I’d know exactly what’s done. I was just told the wrap was aftermarket but that was all that’s done to the car. Mind you I live 4 1/2 hours away so I can’t just go look at the car for fun or have my own mechanic look at it. So we worked out a deal and I came down a week later to trade in my car and pick the Audi up. After bringing it home and trying to get an inspection in NYS, I failed the inspection process. It said my oxygen sensors weren’t working, so I replaced them and the issue still didn’t fix (mind you I had NO lights on the dash). After taking it to multiple places I finally had a friend look at how the car is running on the computer and he discovered multiple sensors being “looped” and my car was making way more boost that it should stock. Those are signs of a car being tuned, so now I reached out to a local German tuning company and I gave them my VIN and was able to tell me that my VIN came up in Unitronic’s system for a tune. There’s 1 lie from the dealership. Next when I was finally underneath my car I discovered the entire exhaust system was pretty much gutted and replaced with straight pipes and an X pipe (I’ll attach pictures). Very much so not stock/OEM exhaust. I’m missing my secondary catalytic converters (hence why my sensors are all looped and some not working). I was absolutely stunned when I saw that and knew immediately they LIED to me AGAIN. After reaching out to them they had 0 clue what I was even telling them so the manager had to call me back after the weekend so he could research what I was saying. He then told me they they “aren’t a Audi dealership so they don’t know what to look for or do with the car” SO YOU SELL A 30K DOLLAR CAR WITHOUT TAKING A PROPER LOOK AT IT OR DOING ANY RESEARCH INTO IT AND JUST LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMER TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR. What an absolute joke of a car dealership. I was able to look and CLEARLY see the weld marks and different color pipes on the exhaust, let alone all I did was a google search to see what the OEM exhaust looks like and it’s not even close to that. Also found out from a lawyer I talked to about all of this he had 2 OTHER CASES AGAINST THIS COMPANY that got settled because of auto fraud!!! They did nothing to help me and basically told me “well we didn’t know so we can’t help you” but your employee owned this car for at least a few years and you’re gonna tell me he or you guys didn’t know?? He WORKED THERE, so he either lied to the dealership about the car or they both decided to lie and sweep it under the rug. It will now cost me thousands to get it to pass the inspection and all because THEY LIED OR DIDNT DO ANY DUE DILIGENCE. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM TAYLOR KIA OR ANY TAYLOR DEALERSHIP. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL A CAR AND NOT DO ANY INSPECTIONS ON IT OR REALLY LOOK AT IT AT ALL BEFORE SELLING IT.

We needed to replace a very old and dated car and when we found out that we had a friend at Taylor Kia, Nick Fadel, we knew this was the place to buy the car, even though we don't live in Toledo. Nick helped us find the right car and had everything ready when we arrived to make the buying process easy and convenient. Next thing I knew, I was off in my new Kia Soul enjoying all the great features that Nick patiently guided me through (and yes, this old dog can learn new tricks!) Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful too. I look forward to working with Nick and the entire Taylor Kia team again!

JJ did a fantiastoc job. He was professional and was able to get me out in a New K4 quickly, with a low payment. If you need a car I would recommend Kia. Ask for JJ he will take great care of you.

Very good experience with Daemon, would buy from him again. Better people to deal with than my dealer at home.

We brought our 2020 KIA Soul in to evaluate a noise that occurred when the vehicle was moving and making a right turn. The car had to be kept for additional evaluation for a few days during which time certain parts were replaced. The dealership contacted us numerous times for updates while the car was in their care but ultimately the source of the noise could not be found. The Service Manager assured me that the car would be safe to drive and to return if I noticed the noise becoming louder or more frequent. We were impressed with all the personnel that we met and want to call out especially Advisors Micah Norman and James Snyder as well as the Service Manager, Joe Kreuz. Good job!
