My Experience wasn't the greatest. Went to the dealership to inquire about a vehicle I went online and did a build and price. Went for a test drive and loved it even more. Only to get turned away because I f to inquire about a vehicle I went online and did a build and price. Went for a test drive and loved it even more. Only to get turned away because I found out that they include a dealer markup on that vehicle because it's a popular vehicle. Almost 10k more which Is insane, which means the car is now out of my price range with the extra charge. Now I have to look for another vehicle elsewhere. Talk about a huge letdown to the average consumer. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle and was willing to travel to get it and Taylor Kia popped on my radar as having the vehicle. Low and behold, I dealt with Donny Palicki as the car sales person ove travel to get it and Taylor Kia popped on my radar as having the vehicle. Low and behold, I dealt with Donny Palicki as the car sales person over the phone. I was traveling to purchase this vehicle and needed to trust someone to help me through this process and he was it. He over delivered. Not only with questions I repeatedly had but checked on other things as well. When I finally made my decision to purchase the vehicle, I made my travel plans and headed to Taylor Kia. When I arrived, I was treated like my name was on the building. Hands down, I would recommend not only Donny Palicki but the entire staff at Taylor Kia. I have bought a lot of cars out of state, and this was by far one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. No a happy camper. I bought a new car late in 2019. I thought I was buying a 2020 vehicle but it was a 2019, which means it depreciates faster. Kias depreciate fast en I bought a new car late in 2019. I thought I was buying a 2020 vehicle but it was a 2019, which means it depreciates faster. Kias depreciate fast enough. I took it in for the first service. They washed the car. It had big black rub marks on the side. They fixed it. Then, in the middle of a rain storm in the middle of a 4 lane highway the driver's side windshield wiper flew off. Visibility was very bad as I tried to get to the right lane, thank goodness other drivers were very understanding. Either the dealership loosened or did not put the windshield wiper back on correctly when they washed the car. These and other reasons I will never use this dealership again. So no more Kias for me. More
