very very very bad business, I think this business is bad because of the employees it has working for them, and this employee name is Brady. Ok I guess Brady didn't like the way I look or talk, I'm not white because of the employees it has working for them, and this employee name is Brady. Ok I guess Brady didn't like the way I look or talk, I'm not white and I had a stroke couple of months ago, so I talk slaw. What exactly happened I went to that place to purchase a new Kia Soul for the price mentioned on their website which is $20,640.00 but that guy Brady said "we can't sell it for that price and that price is MSRP but our price is $27,000.00" when I refused to pay that outrageous 35% extra he said " if that the way you feel I guess I can't help you , have a nice day" he said while he was walking away. They will absolutely lie to your face and say whatever needed to get you into the dealership. Once there they will completely abandon your original plans and work their own agenda. Sales Manager Brady is needed to get you into the dealership. Once there they will completely abandon your original plans and work their own agenda. Sales Manager Brady is just terrible at his job. Scheduled an appointment for a trade in appraisal, got there, they immediately ran a credit application without my consent, and then starting talking money and numbers.... But during the entire time I was there NOT ONCE did they appraise my trade or make an offer. The ONLY thing they were interested in was the cash amount. Take your business elsewhere, this place is the very definition of shady car salesmen More

I was pleasantly surprised. I do not usually do reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to. My daughter was in the market for a car. Currently this is the worst time to be searching due to shortages. We but in this case I feel compelled to. My daughter was in the market for a car. Currently this is the worst time to be searching due to shortages. We had found one on Carvana she was ok with, but it wasn't what she wanted. My husband suggested we just go look here to see if they could do something for her. We went in and met with Donni P. He was incredibly friendly, and actually listened to what she wanted. He was even sympathetic to her blowing up the engine in her previous car. She wound up purchasing the exact car she wanted with low miles. They worked with her to get the payment into her parameters, and even set it up for bi weekly instead of monthly. It is her first big girl purchase, and she did it all on her own, no co-signer, and got exactly what she wanted. And I do not feel they attempted to take advantage of her like some places do. The salesman, he actually seemed to want the sale. The last two times we have been in our local GM dealership they did not seem to want the sale. They either wanted to sell her something she wasn't interested in, or made us wait a very long time to even make an offer. In fact, her previous car we took the money we had to put down, walked out of the GM dealership and bought the same car she wanted with cash from a private owner because they were so inattentive. Here Donni did not try to dissuade her from what she wanted like we have experienced before. And was incredibly personable. I would probably more than likely go back there if I was in the market for another used vehicle, just because the salesperson did make a very positive impression. Being a GM person, I would probably buy new at Taylor Cadillac though just because we are very brand loyal. Long story short, she got the car she wanted and a fairly reasonable price given the current crazy market. Go see Donni P. if you are in the market for a new Kia or used vehicle. He won't try and push you into something you don't like or want, or make you sit for several hours. More

Brock Rieger was a nightmare to work with and single-handedly made the car buying experience awful. His sales tactic is to basically strongarm you into purchasing a vehicle, in our experience a single-handedly made the car buying experience awful. His sales tactic is to basically strongarm you into purchasing a vehicle, in our experience a vehicle that was listed at $10K OVER msrp and not on the lot. He wanted us to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. He was as slimy as a salesman. I strongly suggest you head to a different KIA dealer for your vehicle purchase - or better yet, head over to Yark Mazda and work with Nick Pizzato! He was a dream to work with. More
