We had a very pleasant experience at Taylor Kia with salesmen Brady and Fayez and then financing with “coach Josh”. I would never buy a car from Taylor Kia. The test drive went well but when it came to buying a car it was terrible. The sale man Mike was great however the sale manager was an xxx. The Sales Manager marked the car up $10k over MSRP. When we told him it was insulting his reply was we have been sale cars $10k to $15k over MSRP. He also had our keys and we had to ask for them back three times. Don’t get ripped off by going to Taylor’s Kia do your research there are other Kia dealerships that don’t rip you off. More
The new 2023 Kia Forte blew me away when I test drove it because the pick-up was amazing. I was thrilled it had wireless smart phone and pandora hook up. The gas milage is better so far then the "Soul" I tr because the pick-up was amazing. I was thrilled it had wireless smart phone and pandora hook up. Taylor Kia in Toledo, Ohio was very clean, and the staff was polite. My salesman "Fayes" really impressed me the most because he stayed way past time for him to go home. He helped me with insurance trying to get it lower. I had an amazing experience in this dealership. Taylor Kia is number 1 in my book. Yes, I will go back! Five stars from me. More
Horrible experience! Complete con artists! They don’t tell you the sticker price on the cars are not what they will charge you. They don’t tell you that they are going to Complete con artists! My review of Taylor Kia of Toledo. We shook hands on a deal then the b.s. started. Oh you need an extended warranty for financing. SCAM. Vehicle still has bumper to bumper warranty and additional powertrain warranty. Your payments will be in the mid $750 a month. SCAM! On a $37000 car for 84 months. That math works out to $560 to $580 a month. They added points to my interest rate to make it mid $700 to see if I would catch it. I did! Yes, a dealer can "buy down your interest rate," but legally, they can also add points on your rate to make more money. Our salesperson Donny actually said," Well, in order to sell this vehicle at the internet price, we have to do something to make money." What? So you also bait and hope some sucker walks through the door? Obviously, they do. Also, you can absolutely believe the negative reviews on here about them. And about 90% of positive reviews are 100% percent fake. Just pay attention to how many other company reviews the positive ones have. The only place they have reviewed is Taylor Kia a coincidence, nope. But, if you notice the responses to the negative reviews, they never offer to make things right. they just say stuff about talking to the staff and management about the problem. That does nothing since everyone there is in on the deceptive and scamming practices of this dealership. Now the ironic part is Steve Taylor actually has a best selling book on tips for buying cars. This is absolutely hilarious to me. I'm calling you out Steve. You 100% know what your dealerships are doing to customers, yet you won't do anything about it! Why, because you are making millions with this business model and money trumps honesty and integrity for YOU. Prove me wrong! More
I tried to purchase a '23 Sportage and the salesperson (Kane) kept giving arbitrary pricing over MSRP to see how much I would be willing to pay. He started with $10k over MSRP, said he'd take a couple of (Kane) kept giving arbitrary pricing over MSRP to see how much I would be willing to pay. He started with $10k over MSRP, said he'd take a couple of $3k over and would talk to his GM and then came back and said he'd do $7-8k over MSRP. Very unprofessional. I've purchased a number of new vehicles from other manufacturers and never had this type of experience. This was my first time considering a Kia and may be my last. More
