No Clue! Last year I started having an issue where my engine light kept going off and on. I took my 2009 Borrego in several times and finally they informed me Last year I started having an issue where my engine light kept going off and on. I took my 2009 Borrego in several times and finally they informed me they would need to keep the vehicle and do additional work to identify the issue. So I rented a car and they kept mine for about a week. Prior to this I had asked that they check all the sensors and wiring harnesses as well as the timing. The reason being the code that was being given suggested a timing issue. They came back to me a week later and informed me they found no issues related to the code. I again asked about the timing they assured me it was checked and there were no issues and charged me about $1000 for the work. Now they did replace one part they found, but again said it had nothing to do with the code being given. That they just noticed a minor leak and wanted to address it early. I left and several days later it started up again with the light and giving the same code as always. I had called back and was told again I would have to leave it there and there would be a charge. Needless to say I did not return several months passed the light going on and off still the same code. I got tired of this and took it to my local mom’n’pop garage just blocks from me. They had it for a day identified the timing chain was loose and one of the guides was missing. I had them perform the needed replacements and it has been over a week no issues. Though I love my Kia I cannot describe in enough words how much I dislike the service or lack of service that was provided at this location. It was a very expensive lesson for me that this location at least does not know what they are doing. The fact a local garage within minutes of getting to the timing chain could identify the issue and that a guide was missing, but that the dealership had it for several days and couldn’t. More
Wouldn't take no for an answer I went in because I heard a commercial for the up to $8000 more for your trade, I called to verify that this promotion would work for the car I was lo I went in because I heard a commercial for the up to $8000 more for your trade, I called to verify that this promotion would work for the car I was looking for and was told yes. After being told yes by more than one employee, I drove over an hour to see if I could work something out. When I got there, I was told that promotion wasn't for the car I was interested in, and that the car was so popular they didn't have to offer any kind of incentive for it. I was again reassured that they would do everything possible to get me where I wanted my payments to be. I said ok, and continued on with the process, test drove the car again, and then waited for the offer. They were more than fair on the appraisal of my car I was trying to trade in. The problem came when I said what I need my budget to be at, I was told they were confident they could make it work. Then they started to try to increase the payments and go back and forth with me despite me saying no. Finally, I was told they wouldn't be able to get exactly what I was hoping for and tried to show me that I could break even because of the amount of gas I would be saving on, meaning I would be paying the same amount for my car payment with gas included in the new car payment. I said no thank you, and tried to leave, they just wouldn't take no for an answer. I spent over two hours in the dealership, and they wouldn't of given up if I wouldn't of just asked to have my car keys back so I could go home and quit wasting their time and mine. They were nice, but in a super pushy but trying to be polite kind of way. More
I was nervous and anxious all @ the same time I went to taylor kia to drive away in a car that i had my eye on, as far as when i looked over their inventory from my phone....so like i said i was a I went to taylor kia to drive away in a car that i had my eye on, as far as when i looked over their inventory from my phone....so like i said i was a little nervous as far as a few situations i had and i was hoping my credit was good enough and outcome results my salesman Todd Schulz helped me wasn't pushy nor did he rush with the sale also i didn't feel forced upon...he put me in the car i hoped for that i was looking @ in there inventory...i am now greatful, thankful, and also blessed thanks Todd you are the best!!! I am loving my new 2011 buick regal...leaving my 2005 buick lacrosse on there lot😁 More
