I placed a custom order through the manager of this dealership and I didn't realize the extra $1k add-ons until after the purchase (basic things like carpet that I thought was part of the package for t dealership and I didn't realize the extra $1k add-ons until after the purchase (basic things like carpet that I thought was part of the package for the SX trim). They've been lying to me throughout this process and it's been a month since I bought this with no progress. No customer service here... they didn't inspect the vehicle to compare it to my actual order, a manager lied to me on the day of purchase saying the parts dept. was closed but they'll "take care of it" on the following Monday, didn't follow-up with me after the purchase, lying to me about how they're making calls to fix this. My biggest issue was that the website advertised cars you didn't have at prices that weren't accurate. We actually made multiple trips to the dealership. The first Saturday we worked with Maddie but did not purchase. Came back the next Saturday we did purchase a car but Maddie was booked so we met with Craig. We ran out of time to do the paperwork, and made an appointment for 4:00 Monday and still had to wait over an hour to get in to the finance office; we were about to leave when Craig told us Colleen was ready for us. Both Maddie & Craig were great, and Colleen was very friendly and knowledgeable. Craig followed up a week or so later and I told him about a tab that kept falling out of the rear bumper. We brought it in to service and it is access for a tow hook. It should not have fallen out, and the best fix they could come up with was to permanently glue it in. A week or so later I noticed that there is a scratch on one of the wheels; it goes through the KIA emblem in the middle and scratches on each side. None of the issues I experienced were due to the staff at Hermitage, and I would still recommend them because they were nice people who were easy to work with. More
Would like a better explanation of Kia's 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. If I intend to trade this car in within the limits of this warranty was the 100,000 mile warranty I purchased for $3000 needed? mile warranty.
