Unfortunately I had a recall that needed to be done on my car so I took it to Diehl Kia of Hermitage. The mechanic that worked on my car was very nice but I was met at the end with a multi-page list of thing car so I took it to Diehl Kia of Hermitage. Once I had time to look at it, I took out my calculator and the suggested fixtures would total $2,900 all together. I wanted to cry! So I call my mechanic and I took the car to him today. I have a very reputable and honest mechanic that I've been going to for years.. and this man laughed at this list. Still, he went over everything anyways and showed me exactly what he was looking for down this list. Everything for the most part was a bold lie and guess how much my bill was? $149. That sure beats nearly $3000, wouldn't you agree? Never again will I be taking advice from a chain dealership. More
