The dealership is often hard to get ahold of. I required a maintenance check of my car since the check engine light was on. When I finally got the part replaced to turn the check engine light off, I got in my car and my check engine light was still on. So I had to wait an additional hour at the facility to just have them tell me they had to reset a bad airbag code. Kia has fallen FAR from the grace it once held imo. More
Mechanic made a mistake that ruined our engine. We were finally told that they would repair it and that the cost of a rental would be covered by Kia. It was not covered in full. The only car available to us by the rental company was not even equal to ours. It was smaller and one door would not open. We had to pay for being very inconvenienced. Also, when we did get our car back we just happened to look inside and noticed that the coolant was very low. Why would they not fill that while working on the car? More
