Worth the drive for better service! I live five short miles from a Ford dealership and service center easily twice the size of Taylor Ford in Manteno. After experiencing some inconvenien I live five short miles from a Ford dealership and service center easily twice the size of Taylor Ford in Manteno. After experiencing some inconveniences and numerous frustrations from the local guys, I decided it was time to take a trip to Manteno and give Taylor a try. I'm so glad that I did. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the problem, they did so in a very courteous and professional manner. They treated me like a real person, and even though I own an older vehicle they treated me as if I owned the newest vehicle on the lot. I took the time to visit the showroom while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, and met a manager and one of the sales staff. Both treated me well and offered to help if and when I ever needed anything. I recommend taking the time to drive to Taylor Ford in Manteno. It's worth the drive! More

My car was taken in on Saturday late at nite , and was looked at first thing Monday mornin I was very happy with the service on my car from there.
