I took my F-150 in to Taylor Ford not really knowing what the problem was, and if it would be covered by my extended warranty. Ford's 800 line lead me to believe it would not be. Joel in service went the extra mile and not only repaired my truck, but he also worked with Ford and got my replacement Ford parts for only my $100.00 deductible.
