I bought my dream car from Taylor Ford and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The best part of the entire transaction was my sales person Pablo. After the transaction was complete I needed a two aftermarket things taken care of and he checked on me several times to make sure that everything had gone smoothly. One item that I originally had thought I didn’t need and it turned out that I did three months later he made sure that he got me in and took care of it. His customer service is exemplary as well as his Communication before during and after the sale. If you’re looking for a car, I highly recommend going here and ask for Pablo. Well, I'm not fond of this platform as it has made me do this review more than 2 times now but I do love Taylor Ford of Manteno. I have had my old.trucknin there for repairs and oil changes and I trust those mechanics and, while I've never heard anyone say they trust their car salesperson, I can say it and mean it. Jim Steel is my go to guy for my purchases. He doesn't use hard sell tactics and listens to your wants as it pertains to the vehicle you want. He will do all he can to make sure you get what you want and will work with you and the finance people to get you the best deal possible. I love Taylor Ford. I have taken my vehicles to them for repairs, oil changed and tune ups and I never felt like I have been taken advantage of. This is a very good group of people to do business with. I've sent my friends there for their cars and trucks and they're all still my friends, so they must have gotten the same treatment I have. I'll be back on the future. More
