I called this dealership and asked about a 22 Rebel Ram pickup truck that the they had listed for sale on their webpage. I spoke/texted with a very nice individual, received pictures of the vehicle, and w pickup truck that the they had listed for sale on their webpage. I spoke/texted with a very nice individual, received pictures of the vehicle, and was told it was available. I mentioned that I had a trade-in, and sent pictures and my vin. I later received a call and was told that the truck I was attempting to complete my purchase of, was not available. I was able to reach Tim, the General Sales Manager (GSM) and explain what I was looking for. Tim worked for many days and then called me back saying he was able to locate a similar truck. Our purchase has now been completed. Paperwork was ready when we arrived and it became a very smooth transaction. Thanks to Tim for sticking with it and making it happen! More
