I took my F-150 in to Taylor Ford not really knowing what the problem was, and if it would be covered by my extended warranty. Ford's 800 line lead me to believe it would not be. This would have been a $2,10 the problem was, and if it would be covered by my extended warranty. Ford's 800 line lead me to believe it would not be. This would have been a $2,100 out of pocket cost. Joel in service went the extra mile and not only repaired my truck, but he also worked with Ford and got my replacement Ford parts for only my $100.00 deductible. I definitely would recommend you take your vehicle to Taylor Ford in Manteno for service. More
