Booked an appointment online, when I arrived the appointment wasn't in the system. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. It was suggested I change the air filter and I did, but the mechanic left somet appointment wasn't in the system. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. It was suggested I change the air filter and I did, but the mechanic left something in the vent and my ac started making noises every time I turn on the ac in the middle of a heat wave so I had to go back. Although the noise was taken care quickly, I was not happy about taking time out of my day to get that taken care of More
