Went into this dealership, in good faith, to run numbers on three different trim levels, of CX 5s, to see what I can afford. Salesman Greg Rimay asked for the keys to my trade. (That I previously purchased on three different trim levels, of CX 5s, to see what I can afford. Salesman Greg Rimay asked for the keys to my trade. (That I previously purchased at this dealership) After waiting, my salesman came back with a very short, non informative piece of paper on one trim level only! No credit check, no break down at all was presented. I was a serious inquiry, and ready to deal. I was advised to just keep my car (2020 Mazda CX-5 w/ less than 15k on odometer) It would cost me hundreds of dollars a month over my previous deal I received at Tasca. My salesman told me the business has changed since my previous purchase. As I was leaving, I noticed my glove box was breached, and left open, with the contents spilling out! My salesman left somewhere, and could not find him. So, I just left. Why the xxxx was my glove box rummaged through? Is this how Tasca treats its customers now? Highly disappointed! Waste of time. I guess this business has changed, like the salesman said. I’ve been “Satisfied” by the Tasca family on more than a few occasions. Now….you be the judge. More
My family has always purchased their cars at Tasca, but my experience here was so awful that I had to not only refund my deposit and recommend my family no longer use them, but for the first time actually my experience here was so awful that I had to not only refund my deposit and recommend my family no longer use them, but for the first time actually write a review and contact the dealers higher-ups on LinkedIn because I felt so disrespected. Here's what happened: 1) I put a down payment on a new vehicle after working out a price with a sales guy 2) The car was arriving late (Not the dealers fault, I know it happens) but I was having a lot trouble getting a sales guy to respond to me, or even let me know the car was being delayed. After the car missed it's deadline with no contact, I learned that the employee I was working with quit (Not the dealers fault, it happens) *Although*, no one reached out to me to inform me I'd have a new point of contact or anything. 2) After calling them myself, I started working with Ryan (The General Manager) to continue the process and at first he was very responsive. After we were a week away from the cars arrival I brought up the price me and the employee worked out for the car (I've got the offer written down, and the ex-employee told me he got manager approval on it) Ryan went completely cold. 3) After this, despite having my money and me having no car, Ryan no longer responded to my multiple text messages, phone calls, or voice mails for an actual week. If for some reason the price I worked out couldn't be honored, I would have be open to a "Hey, X really shouldn't have given you a price that low" or SOMETHING, but no, zero response. 4) I go to another dealer, easily buy the vehicle I'm looking for. 5) I let Ryan know I want my deposit refunded. Funny enough, after not hearing from him for over a week at this point, he responded immediately and said I'll see the refund shortly. It's clear that he was hoping I would ask for a refund and intentionally gave me bad service because he didn't like the price I had previously negotiated. A seriously unprofessional & shady process every step of the way. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. More
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They were so disorganized. Every appointment I had they weren’t expecting me, made promises they didn’t keep. I ultimately returned the vehicle I bought and found a much better deal elsewhere. They ended up reselling the vehicle I purchased for thousands less. I do not recommend this dealership. Even the manager was just making excuses. More

Upon arrival greeted by Sean (who I had to call twice later as I forgot items in trade -in) and he was kind, welcoming and pleasant in person and on phone. Then to seal the deal Ryan who was so kind knowledgeable and worked hard to get best rate. It had been 8 years since last purchase not sure how long it will be for next but I know where I’ll go. Thank you great team! More
