Unfortunately the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. He greeted me on Friday and again on Saturday morning to loan a car to me for a few days. George again phoned me on Monday with the diagnosis and had my car ready for me by the end of day. His communication with me and attention to detail and was reassuring. Great customer service! More
