George went above and beyond to help me. George made a stressful situation as easy as possible. My 2015 Mazda needed to be towed due to a broken serpentine belt on a Friday. Unfortunately the George made a stressful situation as easy as possible. My 2015 Mazda needed to be towed due to a broken serpentine belt on a Friday. Unfortunately the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. He greeted me on Friday and again on Saturday morning to loan a car to me for a few days. George again phoned me on Monday with the diagnosis and had my car ready for me by the end of day. His communication with me and attention to detail and was reassuring. Great customer service! More

Beyond this, he is honest in his dealings with his customers - tells them what they need now vs. what can wait until next visit. Pricing is made very clear upfront, so there are no surprises. Finally, he takes an active role in his customer's repairs - he doesn't simply relay what the technician recommends. Where needed, he'll validate himself to precisely understand the magnitude of a problem needing repair. I highly recommended this service operation. More
