Louis took the time to explain the vehicle and all of its options and components to me and took me for a test drive. When we returned Louis answer my questions and mad sure I was comfortable while waiting for finance. Sherman explained all of the additional coverages available to me in detail and the benefits I would receive by purchasing them. My Mazda I was very impressed with the staff at Tacsa. My former car buying purchases weren't nearly as pleasurable as this one. Inam listened to my qu I was very impressed with the staff at Tacsa. My former car buying purchases weren't nearly as pleasurable as this one. Inam listened to my questions to best help me decide what car was best for me. He first asked "What do you want in a car?" Then "What do you NOT want?" Having my answers he chose two cars to start. We took a long test with both to see which was best. As soon as I sat in the first I knew that was going to be my car. The financial portion was smooth as well. Sherman made it easy. He put us at ease and was very funny. He found a number I could live with and explained the process fully. I think the main reason I chose Tasca is the service department. My last car was a nightmare. One of the last times it failed I had it towed to Tasca, instead of my usual dealer. I was treated with respect. At the old dealer it took 3 complaints to get them to listen. On the 3rd time I happen to have my husband with me. I expressed my concern to the service person. He huffed but agreed to look into it. After he investigated he returned to us walking PAST me to tell my husband there was an issue. So, to me although choosing a great car is important, the relationship between the owner and the service dept. is even more important. More
