Won't be returning! I just returned from a trip to Tasca Mazda in Seekonk after trying to lease a vehicle. My current vehicle was leased through them. Upon my arrival, not one salesperson greeted me outside or inside the building. It was like a ghost town. I had to wait 10 minutes before one of the technicians called for someone and told us that he had done so. The salesman, Shawn, was patient and did his best to find a vehicle that'd work for me and my family. Then, the mysterious money man arrived and was extremely pompous in his presentation of a payoff for my current vehicle (not what I needed information about). I suppose that the implication is that I am not able to do the math on my own. How rude! He threw it on the table in front of me and told me that a new vehicle is entirely different from the one I currently drive. Another factoid that was presented as though I were completely uninformed. I left feeling disappointed and will not return for any future vehicles. Although I realize that car shopping is in essence an unpleasant experience, those in positions to meet the needs of consumers should make an effort to ensure a more welcoming visit. More

Kyle A. asked if there was anything else he could help me with and i mentioned i had planned on going to a "tire store" for new tires, but if he wanted to give me an estimate, I'd listen. He came back to me shortly with a better price than I had found at any of the local tire sellers. I gave him the go ahead and throughout the tire changing process, Kyle kept me informed of the progress and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. Best of all, the final price for the four tires came out lower than the original price quote. Next time I need tires I'll go there first. More

Purchased a new SUV -- couldnt have had a better experience! After many stops to many dealerships, my wife and I were becoming very frustrated in our search for a new SUV. By recommendation of Steve D'Elena, member of Tasca service department, we stopped by the dealership to look at the Mazda line of SUVs. We were assisted by Don Mailloux, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and truthful about what type of SUV we may want to look at in our price range and to meet our needs. When you are looking to purchase a new automobile, it is important that you have a level of trust with the individuals you are working with to make that purchase. Don made both my wife and I feel extremely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. Don's focus was not on the sale, rather it was on what we really needed and what we felt we could afford. He wanted to be sure we had the chance to look at all the options we may be interested in, until we decided on the CX-9. Once we decided, Don and the rest of the team really made the process easy for us. They handled all aspects of the trade in, the financing, the registration etc. Any issues that we faced they calmly handled for us and was able to get my wife in her new car within days (make/model/color we selected wasn't on the lot -- had to have it delivered). Weeks after the sale, when the plates were finally ready from the DMV, Don even dropped them off at our house (as our schedules didn't permit we pick them up and we were close to the temporary plates expiring.) There were many other things done along the way that really made buying this SUV a positive experience. I would recommend to all that they stop by and if possible, see Don Mailloux if they are looking to purchase a car/SUV. It really wa sa step above the experiences we have had anywhere else!!! More
