Jeff and Bernie took the time to answer questions, as well as, find the best model SUV that would accommodate my needs and budget. I was grateful for their transparency regarding finances and knowledge. This TASCA team also met my time constraints of getting me into the SUV quickly because they understood that I had little time for turnover between vehicles being a Boston Commuter. More

Easy,seamless purchase with fantastic service. From the minute I entered the dealership I was treated with fantastic customer service. I was greeted by Phil, the general manager who listened and ad From the minute I entered the dealership I was treated with fantastic customer service. I was greeted by Phil, the general manager who listened and advised me on the options I was weighing. Phil personally walked me to the Mazda portion of the dealership where he introduced me to Bernie, the Mazda sales manager. Bernie personally went over every detail of what was required to turn in my present lease and lease another vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda products and lease requirements provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The test drive solidified my decision. I was so pleased with the improvements and new technology in the 2019 Mazda CX5 that my decision to lease again was simple. When I informed Bernie of my decision I was then introduced to sales associate Jeff. Jeff made the process absolutely seamless with his easy going, personable demeanor. I never felt pressured and every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Once the paperwork was done Jeff told me I could return in a couple of hours and my car would be detailed and ready for me. I was then taken to finance and introduced to Jamie, an out going young woman with an infectious laugh. Jamie went over every option I had available to me. She printed out guidelines so that I could easily make a comparison of cost analysis and find the best options and pricing available for my needs. Signing of paperwork all done electronically. The whole process was a piece of cake. When I returned two hours later my vehicle was waiting for me all sparkling clean inside and out, as promised. Jeff had already handled transferring my insurance and then helped me transfer my Siriius radio from one vehicle to another. He then took me to my car and proceeded to go over the operation of every bell and whistle inside. Upon completion he gave me his card with his phone number and told me to call anytime I needed help with anything. All in all, from start to finish, a fantastic experience is what I received from all these wonderful people at Tasca Ford/Mazda. I highly recommend Tasca. They aren't kidding when they say, " You will be satisfied." More

Kyle Averill, assistant service manager, did a wonderful job to make the job completed to my needs and expectations. He even followed up the next day to see if everything was OK. Great stuff! More
