Great Car Buying Experience Started by emailing the dealership that I was interested in a 2017-2018 CX-5. Received a reply from Steve Elias. Went to the dealership a few days l Started by emailing the dealership that I was interested in a 2017-2018 CX-5. Received a reply from Steve Elias. Went to the dealership a few days later on a Saturday and test drove a 2018. Told Steve up front that i was just starting and that I had two more places to go and look at cars. Steve is an up front guy and there was no pressure. Manager came out and introduced himself and again no pressure. Then decided to go to a 2019 with less than 20,000 miles for a better factory warranty. Notified Steve. On Friday I visited two other dealerships and had one good offer but wanted to buy local. I emailed Steve and said I would take the 2019 on the lot for $xx,xxx and he replied back with an acceptable counter offer. Went to the dealership on Saturday and completed the deal. I am now driving my 2019 CX-5. Overall, for someone who dislikes buying a car, this was a good experience. Thank you Steve. More

I was grateful for their transparency regarding finances and knowledge. This TASCA team also met my time constraints of getting me into the SUV quickly because they understood that I had little time for turnover between vehicles being a Boston Commuter. More
