Sean promptly answered texts and phone calls. After the purchase, he spent a long time with us once again explaining how to use all our new cars features and asked us to stop by within a few days/weeks if we needed further help with the cars features. Norma completed the purchase contract and other paperwork that required our signatures. She too was very sweet. The whole experience was relaxed and laid back. There was no hard selling involved or any deception with pricing. I highly recommend this dealership. We drove from Boston to Seekonk and had a better experience here than the closer dealerships.
