Booked an appointment online, when I arrived the appointment wasn't in the system. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. It was suggested I change the air filter and I did, but the mechanic left somet appointment wasn't in the system. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. Last month I had the unenviable imperative to buy a car when supply was low and demand was high. I researched a bunch of mid-sized SUVs and browsed the auto mile in East Providence. On my last stop I hit Tasca Mazda in Seekonk and was smitten with the brand new Gray Mazda CX-50 sitting on the lot. I asked the sales rep if I could test drive it. He was very chill, no hard sales pitch. He just gave me the keys and said have fun. It was exactly the size, color, options and price range I was looking for. I knew it wouldn't last long on the lot, so I asked how much/ He said "Sticker price. Other dealers are getting more than that but we don't want to screw our customers. We want you to come back!" I knew this to be the case from my research and immediately shook his hand and put down a deposit. I love the car. It drives great. The entertainment interface is super intuitive. The cooled seats feel kind of weird but I'm getting used to them! Overall, this was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I recommend doing business with Sean Bernier. He was honest, helpful, and accommodating (I had some odd financing issues). I will definitely do business with these guys again. More

When I bought my car in Tasca Mazda seekonk, they told me to register my car myself. Usually, other dealerships I encounter would help me register on their behalf, but Tasca Seekonk is a little different. Th to register my car myself. Then, they forgot to sign the documents required for the registration and so I had to visit the RMV twice. I have reminded them about the missing signature but they ignored me and believed that the signature was not important. Lastly, they promised to reimburse me for a car part… which was part of the deal before I bought the car.. but they neglected it and never reimbursed me my money. Horrible experience with Ryan, Greg and Norma! Four months later I still have not received my reimbursement money and Ryan has ghosted me! He promised he would get it settled but here I am still chasing them for the money! More
