The service staff is friendly and generally do a good job, but when I was there last time, the dealership owner or branch manager or some other leadership guy kept the entire staff in a pep talk for a fu job, but when I was there last time, the dealership owner or branch manager or some other leadership guy kept the entire staff in a pep talk for a full hour while I and many other service customers were not being helped at all. To have an "all hands" meeting like this during business hours - in full earshot of the customers being neglected - is astonishingly clueless behavior for a leader. More

I got a flat tire on 287 and the tow truck brought me to this Kia. They were able to squeeze me in and get a new tire on in less than 2 hours. All associates were super friendly.
