Great service when buying, very horrible after, don't bother Kia Northeast does not follow up with their customers. I have been making calls for 5 weeks and no one calls back. In addition, I have referred several people to this dealership because my shopping experience was great, but their customer service after they got your money is definitely a turn off and I will no longer refer folks or buy my next car here.
