Not a fan. Been a kia owner for many years. Went to them for new lease. After some back and forth was given a pricing that looked in line with what i needed. Told them I need to run it by wife and asked how for new lease. After some back and forth was given a pricing that looked in line with what i needed. Told them I need to run it by wife and asked how soon I needed to get back to them. Sales Rep stated as long as within the week would be good. Called back within the week and was told that he would not honor that price. Stated "You should have taken the deal when you were here." This is notwithstanding that i was in the time frame he gave me to get back to him. I won't list his name here but Northeast Kia has lost a customer in me, as well as some friends of mine. Not a way to do business. More
