I had called up and scheduled an appointment to test drive a Kia Optima. While on the phone with the internet sales manager, I had requested a few different numbers. She said she will give me a call bac drive a Kia Optima. While on the phone with the internet sales manager, I had requested a few different numbers. She said she will give me a call back, I waited 2 hours before I called back requesting those numbers again. She said they will get to it when they can... I let a few hours go by, as I’m now sitting at a different dealership..I call up and ask to speak with the manager, whom the gentleman said it was him. I explained everything to him, asked him if he could put numbers together for me, as I had over an hour drive, and if it wasn’t in the price range, I would have to cancel my appointment. I was told to give him 15 minutes, and he will call me right back. It is now 2 months later, not a single person has reached out or called, with numbers, trying to sell a vehicle, nothing. By far one of the worst dealerships I have EVER dealt with, and very unprofessional. Very bad customer service on their end! Went with an Altima Platinum instead! More
