This dealer couldn't be worse. When I texted them to ask a question, the phantom guy set up an appointment and when I went there, they never heard of him. So saw some chick named K When I texted them to ask a question, the phantom guy set up an appointment and when I went there, they never heard of him. So saw some chick named Kim. I was looking for a used Kia Soul, but she tried to convince me to lease their only new one, I would save a lot of money. Well, after checking out my trade-in, she came back with some outrageous figures that were almost $500 a month. After 48 months, I would be paying $21,000 which was the list price for the car. Oh, no, she said, you have to add $5000 on top of that. Okay, I understand the market (although Danbury Kia is only adding $1,000). But then, here's the kicker. When she came back, she didn't mention my trade-in. That was already built in to the lease price. Their business manager didn't have the courtesy of giving a trade in number. When I asked her what it was, she said she didn't know. She went to ask and the number was $1500--$5000 BELOW what it was worth. So they were screwing me on both ends!!! Unfortunately, I frequent a restaurant right across the street and have to see their ugly shop. More

The front desk shuffled me off to another salesman who told me RUBEN was busy in meetings for the rest of the day (it was closing time). I demanded to see him and shouted his name in the hallways, and he didn't even have the xxxxx to see me face to face. Another manager in the office tried to rectify the situation...they told me they'd bring a car to my home to test drive, obviously they didn't. They also promised me a whole bunch of other stuff, obviously I got nothing. I called the dealership multiple times after this incident, and RUBEN is never available to speak. His front desk said Ruben would get back to me, and that its going on his "priority list". It's been a month and I haven't heard a thing, not an apology, not anything. This place is the worst f*ckn place imaginable. More

Poorly managed service dept: it took them 2 days to change the oil on the car, while the service department was mostly idling. I shopped around for months for a new car and decided to go to northeast Kia , met this really nice guy name Gabriel , he was very informative and honest with me about my purchase which I loved and respecte go to northeast Kia , met this really nice guy name Gabriel , he was very informative and honest with me about my purchase which I loved and respected , I was able to get a brand new car on my birthday ! I was overjoyed and emotional he even check in to make sure the car Ride home was smooth had a great experience and he worked so hard to make me happy , thanks again guys More
I give them no stars. I would never have someone go there to buy a car. They sale you a car that needs breaks front and back also needs tires. My temp expired and they don't have my plates. They refuse to give you a new temp so you don't get stop. Or towed or a ticket. They told me to tell the cops my plates are late. Omg will be filing a complaint against them with the BBB. You don't want to give a new temp. Which is the law when you don't have the plates. Besides me asking why they didn't fix my break. The response was they was too busy. And they delivered it to Nj like that. The worst dealership ever. More

Richard and James were sincere, truthful, and we worked out a very Northeast Kia. I had been to many other car dealers that gave me the run around. Richard and James were sincere, truthful, and we worked out a very good deal that we both agreed with. I even needed some additional verification paperwork that I could not get until the next day and James approved the loan on my word that I would provide the additional paperwork. I just submitted the additional paperwork today, but we had the loan approved and received the car a day beforehand. On behalf of my family and I thank you Richard and James. God Bless!!! More
