I had 8 am appt for routine service and a system update, told them I would wait, it took over 3 hours. I wish they’d told me how long it would take so I could make other plans. On plus side, waiting room is told them I would wait, it took over 3 hours. I wish they’d told me how long it would take so I could make other plans. The Service Advisor Ashley Farrell was exceptional as always. Very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive as always. He is the main reason why I keep visiting this location to get my Kia serviced.
