I doubt this will get published but it was a horrible experience, disrespectful and not transparent. I have been overwhelmed by the lack of care and failure to return a customers call, wishing to get an experience, disrespectful and not transparent. Somehow, they were quick to take my down payment, despite discovering unknown figures and contract details that weren't disclosed and even more delay tactics. very very disappointed. Car sales service was customer friendly and was knowledgeable about the car itself, however When it came to the finances I felt that there were additional charges that were not fully disclosed in a knowledgeable about the car itself, however When it came to the finances I felt that there were additional charges that were not fully disclosed in a way an individual that only has purchased a few vehicles would understand. I felt like the warranties I purchased were not well known until after having time to look at the paperwork. And it took numerous calls and emails to finally get someone to call me back. I would’ve assumed the certified warranty would’ve been part of the car price not an additional cost after the fact And I said I was only able to pay a certain amount for the car itself and at the end after all the additional charges I’m back to the price I said was my number. So to me I feel I was taken advantage of after having put close to $6k down and paid the one of the warranties and Registration fee separately. Just baffling More

I br I want to tell you a story about a dealership you should try to avoid. Tasca Kia dealership located on Tarrytown road in White Plains New York. I brought my 2011 kia sportage in to the shop because of an oil leak and one of the struts were bad. I figured I'd take it there so u could get great service and parts. BOY WAS I WRONG !!! They charge me approximately 6000 dollars to repair it. After having my car for about 6 months I went in to pick it up. I drove the car in the local street and thought everything was fine. I went in and paid for the vehicle. The next morning on my way to work while on the highway my vehicle started fish tailing. I was all over eric the road. I took the vehicle back to Tasca Kia. They had it for a total of 7 1/2 months. When the called to come and pick up my vehicle. The service team had changed management was new. When I took my car the engine light came on. I took my suv right back where they did a diagnostic test. They told Me it would be another 5000 dollars to fix the engine. I'm no mechanic but it doesn't cost 11,000 dollars to repair an engine. These people are definitely trying to run a scam on me. I've contacted corporate and trying to resolve this. Tasca kia keeps saying they're working on resolving the issue. THE BOTTOM LINE IS..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU MIGHT GET A BRAND NEW VEHICLE..BUT IT CANT STAY NEW FOREVER. If this is the way there going to treat customers. I don't ever think I'll ever buy another Kia More

The manager was also very easy to work with to get a good deal done. The time of this sale was very efficient. They respected our time schedule, and it was completed very quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying or leasing a vehicle. I can honestly say I am looking forward to doing more business there! More
