Now I like to speak plainly on here about my experiences at businesses or people I deal with so... We had visited a few Kia dealers and did some research online, we actually had the VIN of the vehicle we at businesses or people I deal with so... We had visited a few Kia dealers and did some research online, we actually had the VIN of the vehicle we wanted when we went in this weekend. Unfortunately the car had already been snatched up. Disappointing right? When we pulled up to Tasca Kia who was the first person we saw? Lindsey Llerena. Yeah her name is a complete sentence. Now when most of us mere mortals go to a dealership we're in defense mode because most sales people can be a bit... they can be hella pushy. Not Lindsey though. After getting the bad news about the car we wanted she sat us down and when I tell you it was more about us getting what we wanted more than anything else, I'm not lying. She hopped on her computer and went through her inventory (digitally) and took us with her to her off site inventory (physically) and found us exactly what we were looking for. Now I know a lot of you will say "Oh but that's her job." Yes, but in the way she made herself a part of MY car hunting team today is the way everyone should experience getting a new car. Now I don't want to go on forever because honestly you have a car to shop for, but if you're needing a little help and are looking for that effortless 10 out of 10 customer service, go see Lindsey!
