Deeply disappointed. Has my car towed in Friday, 12-20-24. I had to rent a car to get back and forth to work. I have been calling and writing, and I still do not know what is wrong. Totally being ignored. This gives me a cheap feeling. Christmas even tomorrow. I am spending more on the rental than probably on the repair. Unfortunately, lifes lessons are cruel, but if it takes this to show me I cannot depend on them in times of need, so why would I purchase my next Kia there? More
