They clearly explained the work that needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. The attention to detail was outstanding—my car was returned to me not only fully serviced but also cleaned and in perfect condition. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. They never tried to upsell unnecessary services and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. If you’re looking for a service department that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles, Tasca Kia White Plains is the one to trust. Highly recommended! At first, I had what seemed to be a pleasant experience. I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me th I got a good deal for a new 2025 Kia K5 EX and was scheduled to pick up the car the next day at 7 pm. The next morning, the salesperson informs me that “the car was scratched by a truck” which I found concerning because it shows that they neglected to keep the car safe from getting damaged while still in their possession which I found very concerning. They offered me alternatives like getting me the car in a different color or offering to fix the scratches which would take a week but I did not want either and preferred a brand new car. I was told I would get updates throughout the day about the status of the situation but I didn’t hear from them for hours. It wasn’t until I reached out an hour before my scheduled pick up time to let them know that I would just like a refund for the down payment I left that they finally replied. I was told that they had a few K5s in the same color I wanted in a different state which would take a week to get to me. However, already feeling wary about the initial situation, I was concerned about whether they might send me the original car with repairs, so I declined the offer and continued to ask for a refund. Fast forward a week and a half, I have yet to get my money back after I was told the refund would take a couple of days to process. The salesperson is not clear in their communication, sometimes ignoring my texts, and when I call the front desk to ask to speak to the salesperson it’s always that they’re “not available at the moment” and that they will tell the salesperson to call me back but I’ve yet to receive a call back. Overall, I had an extremely disappointing experience due to lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. Would recommend going to a different dealership. More
