Excellent customer service but poor repair on my vehicle. Went to an independent service repair and found that the brake work done was all screwed up requiring new brake hoses which had been incorrectly ins Went to an independent service repair and found that the brake work done was all screwed up requiring new brake hoses which had been incorrectly installed and another tie rod which was not properly done and rotors. All of this was supposedly done right when I left Tasca. Had to pay for repairs that were done a mere 6,000 miles ago. Can't recommend mechanic work. More

I have never seen a dealership so focused on what matters to the customer. Every aspect of the buying process went very smoothly, something that I know isn't the case at most dealerships. Tasca is without a doubt a dealership that cares first about the customers needs. I can't say enough about how professional Brian Almeida, a member of tascas sales team is. I have dealt with Brian on more than one occasion and have been impressed each and every time with his efforts for me as a customer. Brian will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy with your experience at Tasca, I believe he is a vital part of the Tasca team. I wouldn't think twice about going to Tasa again, not only when buying a car, but for service as well. I am very happy with my new kia optima. I believe Tasca will be here for the long hall because they put there customers first and that's how you build a top tier business. More

Lou Colon was very pateint and a gentleman. I went to your dealership not to buy but look around and test drive some vehicles. Since you had a good selection I was able to test drive the models I was int your dealership not to buy but look around and test drive some vehicles. Since you had a good selection I was able to test drive the models I was interested in. Lou let me take my time and test drive such vehicles and when I found the one I liked he made me a good deal. By the way I was in the market for a vehicle about 4 years ago and was not treated in the manner and took my bussiness elsewhere. I don't know why I went back this time but I'm glad I did. More
Mike was a wonderful sales person and took great care of us. We purchased a 2011 used Ford Explorer that had a couple things wrong with it, so I had to bring it back to get it fixed and now its still not fi us. We purchased a 2011 used Ford Explorer that had a couple things wrong with it, so I had to bring it back to get it fixed and now its still not fixed and they are telling me its just something that happens with all Ford Explorers. So I am disappointed that they were not upfront with me about that from day one. Its the middle console that doesn't open properly...they tell me it happens in the brand new ones as well. I am not happy about this and I wanted it fixed! It was not fixed I have to jigger it open and there is nothing else they can do. They did what they could do and I am disappointed in that. The car only had 4,600 miles on it XLT....should have been like brand new! It wasn't. Oh well. The price should have been brought down for that and the yellow paint and scratch on the front right passenger door which they failed to point out when I drove off. We never did a walk around...so I brought it back and they tried to buff it out. No luck there either. I just feel I got a very bad deal on price and I want to do something about this...I want Tasca to make up for this, I even gave $2,500 down and then I still had to pay $55 for registration that came out of now where....again never told me that one, just handed me a bill when I got there to have the car fixed after only owning it for one week. I was told to turn in my old plates...they were wrong, they could have been transferred and saved me a trip to the DMV etc and money. Overall not happy at this point still. But Mike was wonderful did what he could do on his part. But I want Tasca to do more... I hope to hear back from someone soon.
