I hadn't bought a car in 12 years and shopped 4 dealerships. Steve made my decision to buy at tasca easy. Best experience ever! I wanted to add to my review. When I initially created the review I was on my phone and it only allowed me a few sentences. Let's start at the beginning. I had a car that I loved (that was no longer manufactured). As I stated, it was 12 years old and was finally showing it's age despite my efforts to keep it in pristine condition. I went to the car shows every year and had my eye on the Ford Taurus. When my car finally failed inspection I realized it was time. I went on the Ford website and "built my car". Doing this alerted all of the dealers in the tri-state area that I was interested in buying. Boy, did I get a lot of calls! I shopped around, talked with many sales people and actually had a bad experience at one dealership (I won't mention their name). But then I remembered my in-laws buying all their vehicles from Tasca. I knew Tasca had been in the business for many, many years so I took a ride over. That's when I met Steve Lawrence. Steve worked with me for over a week while I tried to make the right decision. He was very patient with me and provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision. We were in touch every day and he was there every step of the way. A week to the day we first met, I got my new Ford Taurus SLE. It's everything I wanted and I love it. It was hard to replace that old car but with Steve's help I did it and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Steve. You've changed my view of the "car salesman" and I will definitely come back to see you when it's time to purchase again! THANK YOU!!!! More
I must say, it was a great experience dealing with Bob. I understand it's a "duty" to be pleasant to all customers but the "nailer" was when Bob "made" me save an additional $4,000 dollars !!! I mean, how go understand it's a "duty" to be pleasant to all customers but the "nailer" was when Bob "made" me save an additional $4,000 dollars !!! I mean, how good is that? Due to my ignorance of the FORD SYNC operating system, Bob has gone out of his way helping me get better acquainted with the system AND setting up a needed system update for SYNC. It has been a month since I purchased my 2014 F150, I'm not just Satisfied , I'm completely Satisfied, wow! what a great experience it was to buy this truck. I live just down the road from the dealership in Cranston and done business with Tasca Ford since they open there , I bought a used ranger and serviced it there till it reach the 100,000 mark ! So it was time, I never own a new vehicle, I think it was time to go for it ! I shop around on websites and dealerships and kept a log on prices and deals, then I started to compare them to Tasca , let me tell you, they could not come close to the prices Tasca had to offer! Let me tell you about the Tasca Experience, from the time I entered the building I was treated like I was part of the Family, Tony Parente (sales manager) Robert Bell (salesman) and Eva Bickford (finance) are fabulous!!! my salesman Robert was great !!! felt like I known him for years, My wife and I felt very comfortable around him ! I could go on for ever ! but I'm not !!! Take My Word for It, YOU WILL BE SATISFIED !!!! Since I bought my F150 I never realized how many newer F150's are out there, Ford is not kidding, they must be the #1 Truck in America BUILD TOUGH ! Thank you everybody at TASCA Ford More

My experience in purchasing my new vehicle was reminiscent of the "Good Old Days" when buying a new car was fun! Bought a 2011 used Mustang from Tasca. Two weeks later, going about 70 on 95 the sidewall on rear left tire burst. Checking the PSI on the remaining 3 tires, it was 1/2 of the recommended amount for the ti going about 70 on 95 the sidewall on rear left tire burst. Checking the PSI on the remaining 3 tires, it was 1/2 of the recommended amount for the tires. Tasca refuses to pay for this tire saying it is not covered under the 90 day "bumper to bumper" that covers anything "even a bulb that goes out". What exactly does this bumper to bumper cover, and why werent the tires inflated properly when I took the car off the lot? Wont be buying again from Tasca, and certainly will steer friends and family away as well due to misleading warranty and dishonesty with the car. More

The owner, who even stopped to chat with me and my wife, as we were eating in the cafe, thanks to the free lunch they gave us. Was friendly, and when he found out I was a race fan,he wanted to welcome me to stop and see them at the track. Both times I purchased I choose to work with salesman Robert Warning. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. Kevin Barry in financing was also great to work with. I will definitely go to Tasca again for future vehicles. More
I have given Tasca a poor rating because of their deceptive business practices. I clicked to enquire as to the availability and enquire as to whether the vehicle had Navigation. I received three emails asking me to come to the dealership to view the car. I drove immediately to the dealership to be told that the car was not there and "was effectively not for sale"...but I could look at other (more expensive cars). They claimed that a family member of the owner had taken the car and that it was not going to come back. And when I complained about the practice, they had a "so what?" attitude. More

I went in this past Thursday to look at new vehicles or pre-trade options. I understand it is the holidays but the immature hoopla going on in the sales area ignoring the customers was quite unacceptable. There were 1/2 dozen adults acting like 6 years olds running all over chasing each other. I walked out. Again yesterday (Saturday) I tried again. I walked the lot and spoke to a salesman named Rico. He suggested I drive a recently traded Lincoln parked in the 1st row of the sales cars. I agreed, we went inside to fill out some paperwork and I sat there waiting for him to bring the keys. I texted my wife to let her know I was taking a test drive. I waited and waited. In fact I looked back at the text time and realized I'd sat there for over 20 minutes. I walked to the sales counter and told the sales manager of the situation and told him if Rico shows up again tell him I've left to try another dealer that wants to sell me a car. Another salesman at the counter commented "That's Rico for you." I walked out to my truck to see Rico hailing me from the side of the building. Well, I left your dealership and bought from another (non-ford) dealership 2 hours later. Sorry we couldn't do business. I guess in the end "I will be satisfied" had to come at the location of a different dealer. More
Anthony castergini was my sales consultant at the tasca dealership. I had to drive three hours to see the car so i asked him the condition of the vehicle and he said it was in excellent condition. When i got there the car was in excellent condition.I test drove it and bought it.I had already negotiated the price before i got there and was able to bring it home the same day. Anthony was very honest and spent a lot of time with us. He even gave us some food vouchers and extra car mats. The dealership also has a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty which they will honor from your local dealership. So if your looking for a used car go see Anthony, he will treat you right.
