Continue Service Plan I was having an issue with my brakes. I recently purchased (January 2020) the Ford Continue Service Plan when my extended warranty expired. The plan c I was having an issue with my brakes. I recently purchased (January 2020) the Ford Continue Service Plan when my extended warranty expired. The plan covered the repairs $800. plus less $100 Deductable. Ron Volpe the service rep. went out of his way with the CSP people to get the authorization for repairs. Very satisfied. Thank you More

oil change not complimentary After selling me a MKX with a toxic interior replacing the carpet and cleaning the cab and steaming the air ducts the smell that made my wife sick was After selling me a MKX with a toxic interior replacing the carpet and cleaning the cab and steaming the air ducts the smell that made my wife sick was still there.They called and offered a replacement MKX which we accepted. now you would think after all the waiting (1 month to clean the prior one) you would think the first service oil change would be complimentary as the car is new to me the white MKX I traded for this one had 3 oil changes for free. It also was certified pre-owned like this one. When its time to trade this in I might have to consider another dealership. A simple one time free oil change for all the inconvenience we went thru would have kept me loyal after all this is my third Lincoln from them. More

It seems that he can’t remember 3 requests ( recall , oil change , NY safety inspection ) , he will do only two for you. After my car was sitting there all day long ( 7 am -5pm ) I have to waste more time to do safety inspection somewhere else. At the end , after I paid my bill I had to look for my car at the parking lot. Third world service !!! More
